Football Sports Club Bukovyna Chernivtsi is a Ukrainian professional football club based in Chernivtsi.
The club was established in 1958 as Avanhard Chernivtsi (Avangard Chernovtsy) for republican competitions and became the first club from Chernivtsi Oblast to be added to the Soviet Class B competition in 1960. Before 1958 Chernivtsi were presented several times by various teams in republican competitions like Burevisnyk (1956), Dynamo (1948, 1950–1955), Spartak (1946, 1947, 1949), Lokomotyv (1949).
From 1992 to 1994, Bukovyna played in the Ukrainian Premier League, after being initially chosen to participate for being one of the Ukrainian teams taking part in the Soviet First League in 1991.
Bukovyna Chernivtsi's best achievement in the Ukrainian Premier League was 10th place in its first season. The club was founded in 1958 under the name Avanguard.
Colours are yellow shirts, black shorts. Alternate colors are white and or red and black.

FC Volyn Lutsk was a Ukrainian football club based in Lutsk.
The Persha Liha or Ukrainian First League is a level of national football competitions in Ukraine governed by the Professional Football League at the discretion of the Ukrainian Association of Football. After being relegated to the Ukrainian First League after the 2017–18 Ukrainian Premier League season, the club re-registered to Bucha and changed its name to PFC Feniks Bucha in June 2018. The club didn't play any game under the new name and was dissolved on 9 July 2018.
FC Nyva Ternopil is a Ukrainian football club from the city of Ternopil, the administrative center of Ternopil Oblast. As of the 2020–21 season, it played in the Ukrainian First League, the second tier of Ukrainian football, following promotion from the 2019–20 Ukrainian Second League. Originally the club was formed as Nyva Pidhaitsi in the small town Pidhaitsi in 1978, then moved to a district centre Berezhany changing its name to Nyva Berezhany in 1982, and finally moved to Ternopil becoming Nyva Ternopil in 1985. In 2016 the club withdrew from the professional competitions and was reestablished as PFC Nyva Ternopil.

FC Vovchansk is a Ukrainian football club from Vovchansk. The club represents a local machine-building and equipment factory. Vovchansk is a Ukrainian adaption and official name of the city where the club is from, while the club calls itself only in Russian manner Volchansk. In June 2021, the club was admitted to the Second League, yet still in March no such plans existed.
