FRIGS are a Canadian indie rock band from Toronto, Ontario, [1] whose 2018 album Basic Behaviour was longlisted for the 2018 Polaris Music Prize. [2] The band members are vocalist Bria Salmena, guitarist Duncan Hay Jennings, bassist Lucas Savatti and drummer Kris Bowering. [3] [4]
The band performed live shows in the Toronto area, [5] and produced and released a self-titled EP under the name Dirty Frigs in 2014 [6] before signing to Arts & Crafts, which released their second EP, Slush, in 2016. [7] [8]
Basic Behaviour, the band's first full-length album, was released in 2018, [9] with cover art by Olenka Szymonski. [10] To support the album, the band set out on a 37-day tour. [11]
Since 2019, Bowering, Hay Jennings, and Salmena, along with Toronto bassist Kyle Connolly, have been members of Orville Peck's touring band. [12] Savatti played on Peck's Pony album, along with Bowering and Hay Jennings. [12]
Salmena has also released two EPs of country music covers as a solo artist, Cuntry Covers Vol. 1 (2021) and Cuntry Covers Vol. 2 (2023). [13]
Mary Margaret O'Hara is a Canadian singer-songwriter, actress and composer. She is best known for the album Miss America, released in 1988. She released two albums and an EP under her own name, and remains active as a live performer, as a contributor to compilation albums and as a guest collaborator on other artists' albums.

Nü Sensae is a Canadian punk and grunge trio from Vancouver composed of bassist-vocalist Andrea Lukic, drummer Daniel Pitout, and guitarist Brody McKnight. Due to Pitout pursuing education in England, the group went on hiatus in August 2014.

PUP is a Canadian punk rock band formed in Toronto, Ontario in 2010, originally under the name Topanga. PUP's debut album PUP was released on October 8, 2013, on Royal Mountain Records. In December 2013, PUP signed with SideOneDummy Records and re-released their debut album in the United States on April 8, 2014. The group was in the studio in late 2015 recording their second album The Dream Is Over which was released on May 27, 2016, through SideOneDummy. The band's third album, titled Morbid Stuff, was released on April 5, 2019. This Place Sucks Ass, a six-track EP, was released on October 27, 2020. Their fourth album, The Unraveling of PUPTheBand, was released on April 1, 2022.
