Fanhe Town [1] (also called Tieling New City, Fanhe New District, Tieling New District) is a recently developed town in Tieling County, where the buildings of the government of Tieling City are located in.

Nangang District is one of nine districts of the prefecture-level city of Harbin, the capital of Heilongjiang Province, Northeast China, forming part of the city's urban core. It is home to major offices of the provincial government and is the political heart of Heilongjiang province. Other areas of interest within the district are the Harbin Railway Station, Guomao underground shopping street, a Confucian temple and the Buddhist Jile Temple. Lotus Lake Wetland Park is a park located in Fanhe Town, Tieling, Liaoning, China. The wetland park mainly includes Deshengtai Reservoir, Wujiao Lake, Dalianhuapao and Sino-North Korean Friendship Reservoir. It is a complex wetland mainly composed of artificial ponds, rice paddies, rivers and small, shallow lakes, with a total area of 4,226 hectares.

Tieling High School is a senior high school located in Fanhe Town, Tieling. It currently has a faculty number of 238 and enrolls approx. 1000 students annually. Situated in the west of Fanhe, it's surrounded by several real estate developments and Tieling Experimental School.
