Morcheeba are an English electronic band formed in the mid-1990s with founding members vocalist Skye Edwards and the brothers Paul and Ross Godfrey. They mix influences from trip hop, rock, folk rock and downtempo, and have produced ten regular studio albums since 1995, two of which reached the UK top ten. Edwards left the band in 2003, after which the brothers used a number of singers before she rejoined in 2009. They recruit additional members for their live performances and have toured internationally. In 2014 Paul Godfrey resigned from the band. Edwards and Ross Godfrey later formed Skye & Ross and released a self-titled album in September 2016. Their latest studio album as Morcheeba, Blackest Blue, was released in May 2021 and was preceded by singles "Sounds of Blue", "Oh Oh Yeah" and "The Moon". It features collaborations with Brad Barr from The Barr Brothers, and Duke Garwood, whom Edwards described as "a diamond geezer".
Grown Backwards is the seventh studio album by musician David Byrne, released on March 16, 2004.
Jill Sobule is the second album by the American singer-songwriter Jill Sobule, released on April 7, 1995. The disc contained the singles "Good Person Inside", "Supermodel" and "I Kissed a Girl". The album sold 100,000 copies in the US, making it her most commercially successful record.
Flex-Able is the debut studio album by American virtuoso guitarist Steve Vai. This was his first as a solo artist, and was created in Stucco Blue, a shed converted into a studio in Vai's old back garden. It is very different from many of his other albums, and is largely influenced by Frank Zappa; Vai was a member of his backing band from 1980 to 1983. Flex-Able does not rely as much on massive guitar arrangements and shred moments as the rest of his output from the 1990s onwards, with the exception of Leftovers which is a compilation of bonus tracks and remasters from his sessions at Stucco Blue.
Downwind is the third album by Pierre Moerlen's Gong, although it was the first to be released under that name, the previous two having been released as Gong albums for contractual reasons. It was released in February 1979.
Imaginary Day is the ninth studio album by the Pat Metheny Group. It was released in 1997 by Warner Bros. Records. The album was strongly inspired by world music from Iran and Indonesia, and won the 1999 Grammy Award for Best Contemporary Jazz Album. The song "The Roots of Coincidence" won a Grammy Award for Best Rock Instrumental Performance; critic Richard Ginnell of AllMusic described the song as a dramatic departure for the group: "[an] out-and-out rock piece with thrash metal and techno-pop episodes joined by abrupt jump cuts."
Dive Deep is the sixth studio album by the British band Morcheeba, released on 4 February 2008 in the United Kingdom. It is also the second studio album recorded without the former lead singer Skye Edwards. It has a number of vocalists, and several songs can be heard on the band's MySpace page. The first single released was "Enjoy the Ride" which features Judie Tzuke. The second single, "Gained the World", featuring Manda Zamolo, was released on 28 April 2008.
Thunder & Roses is the seventh studio album by American country music artist Pam Tillis. It was released on March 6, 2001 by Arista Nashville. It is also the last album she recorded for the Arista label. Its lead-off single, "Please", was a #22 hit on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts in 2002. "It Isn't Just Raining" was later recorded in 2003 by its co-writer, Jennifer Hanson, on her self-titled debut album, and the title track was previously recorded by Mindy McCready on her 1999 album I'm Not So Tough. "Please" would go on to be Pam's last appearance on the Country Singles Chart after it peaked in spring of 2001.

It was released in Australia on May 10, 2008, with other countries to follow. The 14-track album features 12 original tracks and cover versions of Pink Floyd's "See Emily Play" and, as a bonus track in some countries, the Eurythmics' "Love Is a Stranger".
In Spite of Wishing and Wanting is a 1999 soundtrack by David Byrne for the performance of the same name by the Ultima Vez dance company. It features original compositions as well as remixes from Byrne's previous album Feelings. Byrne sold the album through his web site and live performances for a limited time.
David Archuleta is the debut album by American singer David Archuleta. It was released first released in the Asia on November 10, 2008, by Jive Records. The album was certified gold by the RIAA on January 29, 2009. The first single, "Crush", was released to radio on August 1. The album was released in the UK on May 11, 2009. The UK album release was set to coincide with his UK tour with Rock/Pop band McFly in April/May 2009.
A Woman Falling Out of Love is the thirty-seventh studio album by American singer Aretha Franklin. It was released by Franklin's own label Aretha's Records on May 3, 2011 in the United States. Sold exclusively through US retailer Walmart until June 3, it marked the singer's debut with her label following her departure from Arista Records and the release of the Christmas album This Christmas (2008). Featuring modern standards and familiar classics as well as guest vocalists Ronald Isley, Eddie Franklin, and Karen Clark-Sheard, Franklin produced most of the material herself.
Alabama & Friends is a tribute album to American country rock group Alabama. It was released on August 27, 2013 via Show Dog-Universal Music. The album includes two new tracks, "That's How I Was Raised" and "All American", performed by Alabama.
Someday World is a collaboration album by British musician Brian Eno and Karl Hyde, of British electronic group Underworld, released on 5 May 2014. The album features a number of supporting musicians, including Coldplay's Will Champion, John Reynolds, and Andy Mackay of Roxy Music, and was produced by Brian Eno with 20-year-old Fred Gibson. It was followed two months later by the album High Life.
Late Night Feelings is the fifth studio album by American producer Mark Ronson. It was released on 21 June 2019. It is his first album in four years, following Uptown Special (2015). Its lead single, "Nothing Breaks Like a Heart" featuring Miley Cyrus, was released on 29 November 2018. Beautifully Broken is the tenth studio album by American singer-songwriter Jelly Roll, released on October 11, 2024, through Bailee & Buddy, This Is Hit, and Republic Records. It includes collaborations with Ilsey Juber, Wiz Khalifa and Machine Gun Kelly on its standard edition, and additional collaborations with Halsey, Keith Urban, Ernest, Russ and Skylar Grey on its deluxe edition. Beautifully Broken was preceded by the singles "I Am Not Okay" and "Liar", with the song "Get By" also released prior to the album. It became Jelly Roll's first US number-one album.
