United States at the CONCACAF Gold Cup

The United States national team has participated in all fifteen editions of the CONCACAF Gold Cup since its foundation in 1991 to replace the CONCACAF Championship. The United States is also the second-most successful team in the tournament, having won six titles since the beginning of the Gold Cup, behind Mexico by just two titles. Before the Gold Cup however, the United States only qualified for two of the previous ten CONCACAF Championships.

2018 CONCACAF U-20 Championship

The 2018 CONCACAF Under-20 Championship was the 6th edition of the CONCACAF Under-20 Championship, the men's under-20 international football tournament organized by CONCACAF. It was hosted at Bradenton, Florida, United States between 1–21 November 2018.

Group B of the 2019 CONCACAF Gold Cup took place from 16 to 24 June 2019. The group consisted of Bermuda, co-hosts Costa Rica, Haiti, and Nicaragua. The top two teams, Haiti and Costa Rica, advanced to the knockout stage.

2019 Leagues Cup

The 2019 Leagues Cup was the inaugural edition of Leagues Cup, a club competition featuring four clubs from Major League Soccer and Liga MX in an eight-team single-elimination tournament hosted in the United States. It began on July 23, 2019, with the first set of quarterfinals, and culminated in a final match played in Las Vegas on September 18, 2019. Cruz Azul won the final, defeating UANL 2–1.
