Fort Smith Transit is the primary provider of mass transportation in Sebastian County, Arkansas. Fix routes are operated Monday through Saturday on an hourly schedule with two timed-transfer points. One additional route operates Monday through Friday and has a timed-transfer point with one other route.

All routes except Rogers-Supercenter and Zero Street converge on the Downtown Transfer Station and depart at the top of the hour. The two Rogers routes and the Grand route converge at 20 minutes after the hour at the Grand & Rogers Transfer Point near the intersection of Kinkead Ave and N 58th St. The Zero Street route meets the Towson route at 15 minutes after the hour near the intersection of Jenny Lind Rd. and Zero St. Transfers are free at designated transfer points with a transfer issued from the driver.

Demand-response and paratransit service is also provided, but must be scheduled at least one day ahead of time.

Cities Area Transit

Cities Area Transit (CAT) is the public transportation system in the neighboring cities of Grand Forks, North Dakota and East Grand Forks, Minnesota. The scheduled transit bus routes are operated by the city of Grand Forks and service is provided to East Grand Forks through a cost-sharing agreement. Paratransit for those who are unable to use the regular bus under the ADA, and a service for seniors, are provided under contract by Grand Forks Taxi.

Cobourg Transit is a fully accessible community transit system that serves the Town of Cobourg, operating with a fleet of diesel buses. The buses are separated into two areas on the interior, the front having low floors with seating reserved for accessibility access if needed, and poles to help riders safely stand. Michigan City Transit is a municipal bus service in Michigan City, Indiana. It was known as Michigan City Municipal Coach until 2007. The service was created in 1955, when Michigan City assumed control of bus routes operated by Michigan City Transit Lines, a private bus system. Michigan City Transit Lines, in turn, was a successor of Michigan City's streetcar system.

Interurban Trolley is an Elkhart County regional public bus service operated by the Michiana Area Council of Governments (MACOG). It was originally known as the BUS system. The system serves the city of Elkhart and neighboring Goshen, Osceola, Dunlap and Mishawaka. It is made up of five fixed routes that radiate from downtown Elkhart and an on-demand para-transit service that covers the same territory as the fixed routes. The name refers to the fact that the system serves several communities using vintage-trolley-style buses, evoking interurban trains that were common in United States during the early 20th century.

Fort Wayne Citilink

The Fort Wayne Public Transportation Corporation (FWPTC), branded as Citilink, is the public transportation operator for the metro area of Fort Wayne and Allen County, Indiana. Blue Water Area Transit is the primary provider of mass transportation in St. Clair County, Michigan. Service was first initiated in 1976, after private providers ceased transit operations. From Monday through Saturday, six local routes are provided, plus the Shopper Shuttle to connect the Court of Flags Mall and various big box stores. On weekdays, two commuter routes are provided to Chesterfield Township, a growing Detroit suburb that features a variety of suburban office parks. Routes are also timed in conjunction with Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation, to allow riders to transfer to Route 560 to reach Downtown Detroit.

Estuary Transit District

Estuary Transit District, doing business as 9 Town Transit, is the public transit provider for the Connecticut River Estuary region. ETD provides public transit bus service through its 9 Town Transit service to the towns of Chester, Clinton, Deep River, Durham, Essex, East Haddam, Haddam, Killingworth, Lyme, Old Lyme, Old Saybrook, and Westbrook, Connecticut. Services are provided to the general public, with no age or disability restrictions. ETD was named the Rural System of the Year in 2011 by the Community Transportation Association of America.

The Ottumwa Transit Authority, often shortened to OTA, operates bus transit services throughout Ottumwa area. The fixed-route system includes Five routes and a shopping shuttle. It also operates a para-transit service known as Ottumwa Transit Authority Lift and Job Access Reverse Commute (JARC), a dial-a-ride service geared towards employees. The five routes that operate Monday through Friday are: #1 North, #2 East West, #3 South Residential, #4 South Commercial, and #7 Airport. There are also two routes that operate on Saturday only; no routes operate on Sunday. It is governed by the Ottumwa Transit Advisory Board, which makes recommendations to the Ottumwa City Council.
