The Texarkana Urban Transit District (TUTD) is the primary provider of public transit and paratransit services in the Texarkana metropolitan area, established in October 2000. TUTD is governed by the nine-member Texarkana Urban Transit Board, whose members are representatives of city governments in Texarkana, Texas, Texarkana, Arkansas, Nash, Texas, and Wake Village, Texas. TUTD operates eight fixed-route bus routes — branded as T-LINE — on Monday through Friday, excluding six designated holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. The agency also operates in coordination with the Ark-Tex Council of Governments Rural Public Transit District (ATCOG RTD), which provides connecting services (branded as TRAX) to Cass, Delta, Franklin, Hopkins, Lamar, Morris, Red River and Titus counties in Texas, in addition TUTD's primary service area.

Texarkana Regional Airport, also known as Webb Field, is a public use airport located three nautical miles (6 km) northeast of the central business district of Texarkana, a city in Miller County, Arkansas, United States. It is owned by the Texarkana Airport Authority. The airport is located within the city limits of Texarkana, roughly 3 miles east of State Line Avenue. The front gate opens to the northwest, at the intersection of Arkansas Boulevard and U.S. Route 67. A Union Pacific Railroad line runs parallel to US 67 on the side of the highway facing the airport. It is mostly used for general aviation, but is also served by American Eagle with nonstop regional jet service to the American Airlines hub located at the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).

Texarkana Independent School District is an urban school district serving 34 square miles (88 km2) in the Northeast corner of Texas (USA). It serves the majority of Texarkana, Texas, and the surrounding communities of Wake Village and Nash. It is the largest school district in Bowie County and the largest district served by the Region VIII Education Service Center. Texarkana ISD does not service Texarkana, Arkansas-side schools, who are managed by the Texarkana Arkansas Schools under the Arkansas State Government. It was established in 1889. Unique among other schools in its region, it accepts transfers from other Texas school districts tuition-free.
GoRaleigh is the transit system responsible for operating most of the public transportation services in Raleigh, North Carolina. The system operates 27 fixed routes throughout the city's municipal area and also operates five regional/express routes in partnership with GoTriangle, the regional provider. GoRaleigh is contracted to operate two additional routes, an express route to the Wake Tech Community College campus south of Raleigh and a local circulator service in the Town of Wake Forest. Capital Area Transit, also known as CAT, was rebranded to GoRaleigh in 2015 under the consolidated GoTransit, a joint branding of municipal and regional transit systems for the Research Triangle. The agency was established in 1974 as the Brazos Valley Transit Authority, with the primary purpose of providing fixed routes for Bryan and College Station, plus rural demand response service. Today, two separate urban areas feature fixed routes, Paratransit, Demand and Response plus a series of commuter buses for several Houston suburbs.
