Frank Flores (born 7 March 1969) is a Guamanian swimmer. He competed in two events at the 1992 Summer Olympics. [1]

Four years later, while captain of the U.S. women's team, she captured the bronze medal in the 200-meter individual medley at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia.

He graduated from Bloomington High School South in 1989 where he was an individual state champion and helped lead the team to a state runner-up finish.
