Frans Phenye Vilakazi is a South African politician who represented the African National Congress (ANC) in the North West Provincial Legislature until 2009,when he did not gain re-election. [1] He also served in the North West Executive Council:under Premier Edna Molewa,he was the North West's Member of the Executive Council (MEC) for Local Government and Housing from May 2004 [2] and MEC for Roads,Transport and Safety from June 2007. Motlalepula Ziphora Rosho is a South African politician. A member of the African National Congress,she was elected deputy speaker of the North West Provincial Legislature in 2010. In 2012 she was appointed as the Member of the Executive Council (MEC) for Economic Development,Environment,Conservation and Tourism in the North West Provincial Government. Rosho was discharged from the executive council in 2014 and then served in the provincial legislature as a committee chairperson until December 2018,when she returned to the executive as MEC for Local Government and Human Settlement. Rosho was appointed as MEC for Finance after the 2019 elections.

She served as the North West's Member of the Executive Council (MEC) for Social Development,Women,Children and People with Disabilities from November 2010 to June 2013 under Premier Thandi Modise. She was fired from the Executive Council after she admitted that she had used public funds to attend the ANC's 52nd National Conference in December 2012.

She formerly served in the North West Provincial Legislature,representing the African National Congress (ANC) from 2004 to 2008 and then the Congress of the People (Cope) from 2009 to 2014. She has since rejoined the ANC,which nominated her to her current office during the 2021 local elections.

Premier Thandi Modise fired her from the Executive Council in June 2013 after she was accused of involvement in procurement irregularities.
Elliot Mandlenkosi Mayisela is a South African politician who represented the African National Congress (ANC) in the North West Provincial Legislature until 2009. He also served in the North West Executive Council from 2001 to 2007. In July 2007,the leadership of the North West ANC removed Mayisela from his position as Member of the Executive Council (MEC),apparently as a result of factional divisions which pitted Mayisela against Supra Mahumapelo's so-called Taliban grouping. The party also attempted to withdraw Mayisela from the provincial legislature,but their decision in that regard was overturned by the High Court.
