OKAN's line ran from a CP connection at Sicamous to Vernon. It also had trackage rights on Kelowna Pacific Railway's line from Vernon to Kelowna and from Lumby Junction to Lumby. The Sand Springs Railway is a class III railroad operating in Oklahoma. It was originally formed in 1911 to connect the newly formed city of Sand Springs to Tulsa, operating both as a passenger carrying interurban and a freight carrier. Passenger service was discontinued January 2, 1955, but the railroad has continued to operate until the present. Following a federal requirement to divest the railroad, in 1987 HMK Inc became the company's new owner, via subsidiary Sheffield Steel, operator of a steel plant served by the railroad. Gerdau Ameristeel Corporation took over the company in 2006. Shortline railroad holding company OmniTRAX purchased the company from Gerdau, which had previously shut down its steel plant in 2009, on July 1, 2014.
The Alliance Terminal Railroad is a Class III terminal railroad in Haslet, Texas, responsible for the switching and operations of the Alliance Intermodal Facility. It is owned by OmniTRAX and subleases the terminal yard from Quality Terminal Services, also owned by OmniTRAX. It connects with the BNSF Railway at Haslet, and operates on approximately 24 miles (39 km) of BNSF's track through incidental trackage rights.
The Carlton Trail Railway is a shortline railway with its headquarters in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. It is operated by OmniTRAX, an American transportation company in Denver, Colorado. Carlton Trail has been operating on ex-Canadian National track since Dec 8, 1997; however, after the acquisition of the branch line CTRW also purchased from CN the Birch Hills-Fenton-Prince Albert branch line in 2001. Since the closure of the pulp mill in 2006, Carlton Trail has typically adhered to a schedule of twice weekly rail service, hauling approximately 2000 carloads per year. According to OmniTrax president Darcy Brede, when the mill reopens in 2014, the railway will begin six days a week service, hauling approximately 3000 carloads a year.

The Decatur Central Railroad is an American railroad that operates in central Illinois. It was founded in August 2016 as a joint venture between short-line railroad operator OmniTrax, which operates the railroad, and grain cooperative Topflight Grain, which owns the right-of-way and trackage. The route, which runs between Cisco and Decatur, was previously operated by the Decatur Junction Railway. The railroad began operation in January 2017.
