G.P. Vijayakumar commonly known as "Seven arts" Vijayakumar is an Indian film producer, who has produced 43 films so far and distributed 70 Films in various languages since 1985 under the banner of Seven Arts International Ltd. [1] His last film to hit theatres was the Malayalam movie Geethanjali directed by Priyadarshan. He produced many movies with Superstars Mohanlal, Mamooty, Suresh Gopi, Dileep, Prithviraj, Jayaram, and so on under the banner of Seven arts international Ltd, now a famous production house in the Malayalam film industry well known for super hit commercial movies. Many of his films won regional and national awards in various disciplines. He produced the film “Kuselan" with the superstar Rajinikanth. He also co-produced Hindi Film ChalChalaChal and line Produced BhoolBhulaiyaa, Dhol, Mere BaapPahleAap, Bum Bum Bole, Khattameetha, and KamaalDhamaalMalamal. Many of his films were in Indian Panorama, represented India in many international festivals. In fact, he paved a major path for taking Malayalam films to the international markets.
He was born in Kerala, and did his schooling at the RVSM High School, Prayar, Oachira, and received graduation from the NSS College, Chenganassery. During college, he was elected as the College Union Chairman and University union member.
Apart from being a successful producer, he also served as the president of the Kerala film chamber, [2] [3] was the vice-president of the Film Federation of India. Presently he is the vice-president of the South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce. He has also served as a juror in National Film Awards selection 2021 and in many other major film festivals.

Mohanlal Viswanathan is an Indian actor, film producer, playback singer, film distributor, and director who predominantly works in Malayalam film industry besides also having sporadically appeared in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu and Kannada films. Mohanlal has a prolific career spanning over four decades, during which he has acted in more than 400 films. Mohanlal's contributions to the Malayalam cinema have been praised by his contemporaries in the Indian film industry. The Government of India honoured him with Padma Shri in 2001, and Padma Bhushan in 2019, India's fourth and third highest civilian honours, for his contributions to Indian cinema. In 2009, he became the first actor in India to be awarded the honorary rank of lieutenant colonel in the Territorial Army. Priyadarshan is an Indian film director and screenwriter who predominantly works in Malayalam and Hindi cinema. He was one of the first directors in India to introduce rich color grading, clear sound and quality dubbing through his early Malayalam films.
Hariharan is an Indian film director who has directed over 50 Malayalam films. His movies mainly revolve around the cultural and relational aspects of a typical Keralite society. His most notable works include Sharapancharam (1979), Panchagni (1986), Idavazhiyile Poocha Mindappoocha (1979), Amrutham Gamaya (1987), Oru Vadakkan Veeragatha (1989), Sargam (1992), Parinayam (1994) and Pazhassi Raja (2009) which has won him wide critical acclaim. In 2019, he was awarded the J. C. Daniel Award, Kerala government's highest honour for contributions to Malayalam cinema.
Madhavan Nair, commonly known by his stage name Madhu, is an Indian actor, director, producer, former college lecturer and former film studio owner, who works in Malayalam cinema and a certain number of Hindi and Tamil films. He was a prominent lead actor during the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s and has acted in more than 400 films. Madhu has also directed 12 films, produced 15 films and at one time owned the Uma Film Studio. He was awarded the Padma Shri by the Government of India in 2013 for his contributions towards the arts. He was honored with the J. C. Daniel Award by the Government of Kerala in 2004, for his outstanding contributions to Malayalam films. He is the president of Indian People's Theatre Association (IPTA) Kerala Unit.
Gopynathan Velayudhan Nair, popularly known by the stage name Bharat Gopy, was an Indian actor, producer, and director. Considered one of the greatest actors in the history of Indian cinema, Gopy was one of the first actors to be associated with the New Wave cinema movement in Kerala during the 1970s.

Marthanda Varma is a 1933 black and white Indian silent film directed by P. V. Rao, based on the 1891 Malayalam novel by C. V. Raman Pillai. This was the first film based on Malayalam literature and the next film of the Malayalam film industry after Vigathakumaran.

Appu is a 1990 Indian Malayalam-language drama thriller film directed by Dennis Joseph and written by Sreekumaran Thampi. The film was produced by G.P. Vijayakumar under the banner Seven Arts Films and stars Mohanlal as the title character. The film follows Appu who becomes a suspect in a murder case and his efforts to find the culprits.
