GMT Records is an imprint or sub-label of Aozora Records. Created in 2004, it focuses on the Japanese representation and promotion of English and Irish indie groups.
The first band signings were The Future Kings of Spain and The Veils. As the distribution of these bands albums were handled under Aozora's contract with Toshiba-EMI, they were transferred to the new deal with Avex Marketing Communications taken out in 2005. [1]
Do As Infinity is a Japanese pop and rock band that formed in 1999 with three members: vocalist Tomiko Van, guitarist Ryo Owatari, and guitarist and composer Dai Nagao. The band's name is sometimes abbreviated as DAI, alluding to the fact that Do As Infinity was named after Nagao. Signed to Avex Trax, the band released their debut single "Tangerine Dream" on September 29, 1999, followed by three more singles between 1999 and 2000, which appeared on their debut album Break of Dawn (2000). In December 2000, Nagao decided to devote all his time to composing the music and no longer appeared at live events. Five more studio albums were released between 2001 with New World and 2005 with Need Your Love.
Dream was a Japanese pop girl group signed to the Avex Trax label since 2000 and Rhythm Zone since 2009. The group was formed as a result of a 1999 talent contest called "Avex Dream 2000". Originally a three-piece group consisting of Mai Matsumuro, Kana Tachibana, and Yu Hasebe, the group has undergone many changes since its debut in 2000 on the Avex Trax label, and none of the original trio remain. The original trio sold over 950,700 records, and in total the group has sold over 1,100,000 records over the span of 10 years.
Globe were a dance-oriented Japanese pop band, formed in 1995 by producer and songwriter Tetsuya Komuro. Originally consisting of Komuro, Keiko Yamada and Marc Panther, the group's singles consistently hit the charts. In late 2002 Yoshiki, drummer and pianist for X Japan, joined the group, but he left the band about a year later.
Tomiko Van, is a Japanese pop singer and occasional actress. She is as a member of the band Do As Infinity (DAI), along with Ryo Owatari and Dai Nagao, that has resumed activities after their 2005 split.

Masato Matsuura, better known by his stage name Max Matsuura, is a Japanese record producer and businessman. He is the founder and CEO of the one of the largest music labels Avex Group. He is known mainly for discovering and developing new artists into stars, as well as for reviving Ami Suzuki's career after she was released by her previous record label.
Avex Group Holdings Inc. is a Japanese entertainment conglomerate led by founder Max Matsuura and headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. Founded in 1988, the company manages J-pop talents like Ayumi Hamasaki and internet sensation PikoTaro. AAA are a 5-member Japanese pop group signed to the label Avex Trax which debuted in September 2005. The name has the meaning of challenging everything, and the group is marketed by their label as a "super performance unit".

Aozora Records is a Japanese record company owned by Clear Sky Corporation. Established May 3, 2000 to handle the independent release of Hitomi Yaida's debut maxi CD Howling to the Kansai area of Japan, it was the recipient of a bidding war amongst the larger Recording Companies for distribution rights which was won by Toshiba-EMI.
Diamond Head was a Japanese band formed of session musicians and producers. They first gained notability as the backing and touring band for Hitomi Yaida.
Taku Takahashi is a Japanese hip hop recording artist, DJ and record producer who debuted in 1997 as a record producer of the hip hop group M-Flo. The group rose to prominence in the early 2000s, with hit singles such as "How You Like Me Now?" and "Come Again." Takahashi was also a member of Avex's 20th anniversary dance music project Ravex, and has produced songs for musicians such as Crystal Kay, Ami Suzuki and Rie Fu, and remixes for Hikaru Utada and Ayumi Hamasaki. He formed the record labels Tachytelic Records and TCY Recording.
Kiyoharu Mori, better known by his stage name Kiyoharu (清春). is a Japanese musician and singer-songwriter, known for his work with Kuroyume and Sads. In 2003, he began his solo career, performing as both a singer and guitarist.
Lia is a female Japanese singer-songwriter. Lia has performed various video game and anime theme songs, such as for Key's visual novels, Air, Clannad, and Tomoyo After: It's a Wonderful Life, the opening theme for Angel Beats!, as well as theme songs for RF Online and Initial D Fourth Stage under Avex Trax. The Vocaloid IA was recorded with Lia's voice, and was released on January 27, 2012.
Time is the seventh studio album of the Japanese boy band Arashi. The album was released on July 11, 2007 in Japan under their record label J Storm in two editions: a limited 2CD version and a regular CD version. The album was released digitally on February 7, 2020.

Girl Next Door was a Japanese pop musical trio that debuted in 2008 on the Avex Trax label. The band consists of vocalist Chisa, guitarist Yuji Inoue and Daisuke Suzuki on keyboard. On September 3, the group's fifth anniversary, the band formally announced plans to dissolve Girl Next Door within the year. Their final performance as a group was held at SHIBUYA-AX on December 8, 2013.
Avex Taiwan Inc is an entertainment and record label based in Taiwan. It was founded in July 1998 and is a foreign consolidated subsidiary of parent company Avex Group, based in Japan. As of 2015, Avex Taiwan is managed by Avex International Holdings (Singapore) Proprietary Ltd. Its main businesses are planning, creation, and sales of music (CDs) and video (DVDs). Apart from producing music for artists based in Taiwan, it also distributes for other Avex and foreign artists, such as Kumi Koda and Super Junior.
A-Nation is the name of an annual series of summer concerts that are held in various cities in Japan. Organized by Avex Group, Japan's biggest independent record label, this series features the most successful artists signed onto Avex Trax or other labels of the group. A-Nation began in 2002 and is held each weekend during August of each year. Top Avex artists such as Ayumi Hamasaki, Kumi Koda, AAA, Ai Otsuka, BoA, Do As Infinity, TVXQ, Super Junior, Hitomi and SHINee perform at A-Nation every year.
Noise is the nineteenth studio album by Japanese rock band Boris. The Japanese edition of the album was released on 18 June 2014 via Avex Group's sub-label Tearbridge Records and consists of the original album plus other songs previously released on other endeavors, such as "Kimi no Yukue" which was used for a promotional video for the Chunsoft video game Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward in Japan. This is the second Boris album released through a major label. It was released on 17 June 2014 through Sargent House record label internationally on both CD and double vinyl. A Japanese double vinyl edition was released by Daymare Recordings.
