Ganapathy Manoharan (born 2 June 1958) is a former Indian Boxer. He was a quarter-finalist in the men's Bantamweight event at the 1980 Summer Olympics - Moscow, Russia. [1]

In 2014, He was coveted with Dronacharya award for serving as Indian youth national team's Boxing coach.

The 1981 Arjuna awardee, who has been Indian national team's youth coach since 2006, has delivered the results. He is one of the key responsible who trained and shaped many young talents in India during their early stages of Boxing careers.

Under Manoharan's guidance, Thokchom Nanao Singh became the first Indian to be a youth world champion in 2008. The Manipuri then went on to make his mark at the senior level as well, by winning a silver at the 2009 Asian Championships.

All the star boxers in the senior category like Shiva Thapa, Sumit Sangwan, Vikash Krishan has been under Manoharan's tutelege during their junior years. Shiva and Sumit won silver medals at the Youth Olympics and Asian Junior Championship under Manoharan in 2010.

Master Chief Petty Officer Ngangom Dingko Singh was an Indian boxer who won the gold medal at 1998 Asian Games in Bangkok. He was from the North-eastern Indian state of Manipur. He was awarded the Padma Shri by Government of India in 2013.

After the change she claimed a Gold Medal at the National Women's Boxing Championship 2018.
