"Gangsteritus" is a song by British rappers Potter Payper and Tiggs Da Author. In April 2022,it became his first song to reach the UK Top 40 and was used in British television crime drama Top Boy . [1]
In an interview with Complex ,Potter Payper called it the favourite song from his mixtape,Thanks For Waiting. He went on to say that while he did not like the song at first,after it he did the spoken word,the song "had a new depth and a new meaning". [2]
Various publications and music commentators hailed it as a modern classic and one of the great British rap singles of its time.[ who? ]
The song was featured in the Netflix series Top Boy at the climax of the season closing out the finale episode.
A Part 2 of the track with a feature from Nines was later released.
The music video was released in December 2021 with an alternate live audio version of the track. It features Potter in a glowing 1992 Volkswagen Golf MK1 flatbed truck ridden on a dark road. The video uses innovative UV drone light technology and it is directed by British filmmaker Shan Phearon.
A rare alternate Director's Cut version with extended UV performance sequences was unveiled in January 2022. [3]

Derek Andrew Safo,better known by his stage name Sway or Sway DaSafo,is a British rapper of Ghanaian descent. He is also a producer,having established Dcypha Productions,signed to Island/Universal. "MJB da MVP" is a song by American recording artist Mary J. Blige featuring rapper 50 Cent,taken from her seventh studio album,The Breakthrough (2005). The Cool &Dre-produced track is a cover version of "Hate It or Love It" as performed by The Game and 50 Cent,the first of which also provided a new verse for the official remix of the song. In the new vocal part,Blige relates the ups and downs of her career and expresses thanks to Dr. Dre and The Game for letting her work on a track. She mentions her start in 1991,the release of her first five albums and her sadness by the death of her friend,R&B singer Aaliyah.
