Jamel Bousbaa (born 15 November 1991), known professionally as Potter Payper, is a British rapper and songwriter from Barking, London, he started rapping early and gained attention through black box freestyles and grime blogs with friend and fellow rapper KB. [1] [2] [3] In 2021, he signed to the UK division of Def Jam Recordings. In 2022, his song "Gangsteritus" featuring Tiggs Da Author became his first UK top 40 single. [4] after its use in Top Boy . Early life

Jamel Bousbaa was born to an Irish mother and an Algerian father. He grew up on the Gascoigne Estate in Barking, London being raised by his grandmother, Nanny Lucy. [6] [7] [8] [9] [10] [11]

Personal life

On 13 August 2015, Bousbaa was arrested during the execution of a warrant at an address in Clacton, Essex, following an investigation into the "Frankie" county drug line, which resulted in charges of one count of possession with intent to supply a class A drug and one count of conspiring to supply a class A drug. He was jailed for five years and four months. [12] He was released in June 2020. [13]

The song was released for digital download and streaming by RBC Records and BMG on 16 July 2021 upon the release of the album. "No Time" is a hip hop and trap song.

Back to Square One is the fourth commercial mixtape by British rapper Digga D. It was released on 25 August 2023 by his record label Black Money Records. It features guest appearances from Potter Payper and M Huncho.

Chapter 16 is the second mixtape by British rapper Clavish. It was released through Polydor Records and Universal Music UK on 17 May 2024. The mixtape features guest appearances from Bazz, D-Block Europe, Fredo, KayMuni, Kirky, Marnz Malone and Potter Payper and includes production from Fridayy, LiTek, R14 Beats, Sam Cliffe and WhyJay alongside several other producers.
