Gerald Gay [2] (born July 22,1956) is an American politician and a former Republican member of the Wyoming House of Representatives representing District 36. Gay previously served non-consecutively from 2001 until 2003 and from 2005 until 2007. Based on an interview given to the organization Better Wyoming,Gay doesn't believe the gender wage gap exists. Gay was born in Casper,Wyoming. He earned his AS in physical science from Casper College and his BS in chemical engineering from the University of Wyoming.
Stephen Watt is an American politician and a former Republican member of the Wyoming House of Representatives. Watt served three non-consecutive terms,representing District 16 from 2001 to 2003 and District 17 from 2005 to 2007 and again from 2013 to 2015. Watt was an unsuccessful candidate for governor of Wyoming in 2002.

He had suffered a heart attack seven weeks prior to his death during the Legislative Session,and continued to discuss legislation from his hospital bed with the Representatives who came to check on him.
