Aashiqui 2 is the soundtrack to the 2013 Bollywood romance film of the same name, directed by Mohit Suri and starring Aditya Roy Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor in the lead roles. The album was produced by Bhushan Kumar and Mahesh Bhatt under the banner T-Series and Vishesh Films. The enormous success of multi composer setup has been followed in many films.

Kabira is a Hindi song from the 2013 Bollywood film, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. Composed by Pritam Chakraborty, the song is sung by Rekha Bhardwaj and Tochi Raina, with lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya. The music video of the track mainly focuses on actors Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone and Kalki Koechlin. An encore version of the same song was released as part of the film soundtrack, which was rendered by Arijit Singh and Harshdeep Kaur.

Ilahi is a Hindi song from the 2013 Bollywood film, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. Composed by Pritam Chakraborty, the song is sung by Arijit Singh, with lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya. The music video of the track features actor Ranbir Kapoor. A reprise version of the same song was released as part of the film soundtrack, which was rendered by Mohit Chauhan.
