Giana Romanova (born 10 March 1954) is a retired female middle distance runner who represented the USSR in the 1970s. She set her personal best in the women's 1500 metres (3:59.01) on 3 September 1978 at the European Championships in Prague, Czechoslovakia, winning the gold medal.

Anastasiia Olegovna Romanova is a Russian weightlifter, competing in the 69 kg category. In competition Romanova was tested positive for Stanozolol and banned for 2 years by the IWF, ending in April 2015. She competed at world championships, including at the 2015 World Weightlifting Championships. She won the 2017 European Weightlifting Championships in the 69kg class.

Tatyana Aleksandrovna Sychova is a Georgian long-distance runner. She twice represented the Soviet Union at the IAAF World Cross Country Championships, finishing fifth at the 1981 race and 45th at the 1980 race. Both times she shared in the team gold medals, running alongside teammates including Yelena Sipatova, Tatyana Sychova, Svetlana Ulmasova, Tatyana Pozdnyakova, Irina Bondarchuk, Giana Romanova, Yelena Chernysheva, and Raisa Smekhnova. She also ran at the 1981 European Cup, placing fourth in the 3000 metres.
