Xilam is a French production company that specializes in animated television series and feature films. Marc du Pontavice and his brother Alix founded it in 1999 as a replacement for the animation division of Gaumont Multimédia; though Gaumont would continue to have a deal with Xilam until 2003. Gaumont Multimédia continued as a video game publisher until it closed down in 2004.
Maya the Bee is a French-German computer-animated comedy television series produced by Studio 100 Animation in association with ZDF for Germany, TF1 for France and ABC for Australia. It is based on the character Maya the Bee introduced in 1912. This is the second animated adaptation focused on the character, after the anime Maya the Honey Bee that aired in the 1970s.
Diego Buñuel is a French-American film-maker and the host and director of the National Geographic Channel series Don't Tell My Mother. He is also the host of a television news show in France called Les Nouveaux Explorateurs, broadcast on Canal Plus. In 2014, he was appointed Director of Documentaries and Factual Entertainment at Canal Plus. In 2018, he joined Netflix as Director of Original Documentaries in Europe.

Studio Chizu is a Japanese animation studio based in Suginami, Tokyo, Japan. It was co-founded by Mamoru Hosoda and Yuichiro Saito in 2011. Studio Chizu has won three Japan Academy Prize for Animation of the Year awards. The image in their logo is a reference to Makoto Konno, the main character of the Hosoda-directed 2006 film The Girl Who Leapt Through Time.

The Eddy is a French–American eight episode music drama streaming television miniseries, set in Paris. The first two episodes are directed by Damien Chazelle and written by Jack Thorne. Its music was scored by Glen Ballard and Randy Kerber. The series is unusual in that its dialogue is mainly in French and English and partly in Arabic and Polish.
