The Gletscher Ducan (also known as Ducan Dador) is a mountain of the Albula Alps, located in Graubünden, Switzerland. On its northern side lies a glacier named Ducangletscher. It lies south-west of the Hoch Ducan.
The Watzmann is a mountain in the Berchtesgaden Alps south of the village of Berchtesgaden. It is the third highest in Germany, and the highest located entirely on German territory.
Hoher Dachstein is a strongly karstic mountain in central Austria and the second-highest mountain in the Northern Limestone Alps. Claxton is a small village 8.5 miles (13.7 km) south-east of Norwich, and south of the River Yare, between Rockland St. Mary and Loddon in South Norfolk, England. Just to the south lie the small villages of Ashby St Mary and Carleton St Peter.
Carleton St Peter is a hamlet and civil parish in South Norfolk approximately 8+1⁄2 miles (13.7 km) south-east of Norwich. There is no village centre but the church provides a reference point and is 1 mile (1.6 km) north-east of Thurton, and a similar distance south of Claxton, just east of Ashby St Mary.
Ducan's Marsh is a 3.6-hectare (8.9-acre) biological Site of Special Scientific Interest north-east of Loddon in Norfolk. It is part of the Broadland Ramsar site and Special Protection Area, and The Broads Special Area of Conservation.
The Bella Tola is a mountain of the Swiss Pennine Alps, overlooking Saint-Luc in the canton of Valais. With an elevation of 3,025 metres above sea level, it is the highest summit of the subrange north of the Meidpass. The Bella Tola lies near the northern end of the Weisshorn chain.
The Portjengrat is a mountain of the Pennine Alps, located on the border between Switzerland and Italy. It lies south of the Weissmies and the Zwischbergen Pass, where the international border diverges away from the main Alpine watershed. The summit of the Portjengrat has an elevation of 3,654 metres above sea level and is the tripoint between the valleys of Saas, Divedro and Antrona. It is the culminating point of the Antrona valley.
Dachstein Glacier is a glacier located between the towns of Ramsau am Dachstein in the south and Hallstatt and Obertraun in the north, in Austria. Snow is at the top of the glacier throughout the year. However snow is soft in summer. This mountain is located at the borders of Salzburg, Upper Austria and Styria. The train stops at Schladming and from there is a bus to the village below the Dachstein Mountains.
The Hallstätter Glacier is the largest glacier in the Dachstein Mountains. It lies immediately beneath the northern foot of the Dachstein itself and runs down to the Eissee lake below the Simony Hut at a height of 2,205 metres (7,234 ft). To the east the Hallstätter Glacier is bounded by the High Gjaidstein. Firmly sealed off at its western snout by the Schöberl, 2,426 metres (7,959 ft), it is bordered in the west by the eastern flank of the Hohes Kreuz ridge, running from south to north, which reaches a height of 2,837 metres (9,308 ft). In its upper third the glacier flows around a prominent landmark, the Eisstein. At its head in the south it is also bordered by the Hunerkogel and the Dirndln.
The Passo Fedaia is a mountain pass traversed by a paved road in the Dolomiti Range in Northern Italy. It lies at the northern base of the Marmolada, the highest peak in the region and the Dolomiti. It is known for its beauty, for Lago Fedaia, and for its use in the Giro d'Italia. It was also used as a location for the 2003 film Italian Job. It is the site of the Passo Fedaia and Marmolada Gletscher ski areas.
The Eissporthalle Gletscher, is a German Icesport arena, which lies in Kupfermühle, near the border between Germany and Denmark. The EIssporthalle Gletscher was the home arena of the Flensburger EC. The arena belongs to the Hotel des Nordens and the Danish Fleegard-Group.
