Gmina Szadek is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Zduńska Wola County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. Its seat is the town of Szadek, which lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) north of Zduńska Wola and 35 km (22 mi) west of the regional capital Łódź.
