Gmina Trzcińsko-Zdrój is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Gryfino County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland. Its seat is the town of Trzcińsko-Zdrój, which lies approximately 33 kilometres (21 mi) south of Gryfino and 50 km (31 mi) south of the regional capital Szczecin.
The gmina is the principal unit of the administrative division of Poland, similar to a municipality. As of 2010 there were 2,478 gminy throughout the country. The word gmina derives from the German word Gemeinde, meaning "community".
Gryfino County is a unit of territorial administration and local government (powiat) in West Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-western Poland, on the German border. It came into being on January 1, 1999, as a result of the Polish local government reforms passed in 1998. Its administrative seat and largest town is Gryfino, which lies 20 kilometres (12 mi) south of the regional capital Szczecin. The county contains five other towns: Chojna, 32 km (20 mi) south of Gryfino, Mieszkowice, 52 km (32 mi) south of Gryfino, Trzcińsko-Zdrój, 33 km (21 mi) south of Gryfino, Cedynia, 45 km (28 mi) south-west of Gryfino, and Moryń, 44 km (27 mi) south of Gryfino.
West Pomeranian Voivodeship or West Pomerania Province, is a voivodeship (province) in northwestern Poland. It borders on Pomeranian Voivodeship to the east, Greater Poland Voivodeship to the southeast, Lubusz Voivodeship to the south, the German federal-states of Mecklenburg-West Pomerania and Brandenburg to the west, and the Baltic Sea to the north. Its capital and largest city is Szczecin.
The gmina covers an area of 170.51 square kilometres (65.8 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 5,690 (out of which the population of Trzcińsko-Zdrój amounts to 2,496, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 3,194).
The gmina contains part of the protected area called Cedynia Landscape Park.

Cedynia Landscape Park is a protected area in north-western Poland, bordering Germany. It was established on 1 April 1993, by order of the governor (voivode) of the then Szczecin Voivodeship. The Park covers an area of 308.5 square kilometres (119.1 sq mi). It also has a buffer zone (otulina) covering 531.2 square kilometres (205.1 sq mi).
