"Go Time" is a 2016 song by German electronic music duo Digitalism. It was the fourth single from the band's fourth album Mirage (2016) and was released on 1 April 2016. [1]
The song features vocals from duo member Jens "Jence" Moelle. In an interview with Billboard, he claimed that "Go Time" was a later recording from the album and that it was created from adding more beats and guitars to a sample, while also noting that the vocals consisted of various lines the band came up with, saying "The first line that stuck with us was, “Let’s get Friday out of the way,” which is in the chorus. We didn't really know what that meant, but we knew it sounded right. It was good fun." [2]

"Go Time" was well-received after its release, with Music Times describing it as an "upbeat and cheery indie rock track", [4] and Indie Music Filter claiming that the "driving bass and those climatic 80’s punk-pop synths really make a motivating, highly danceable track" and that it "belongs with a packed dance floor on a Saturday night". [3] The song was very positively received by Colorado Public Radio, claiming "Each song on the album is danceable, but "Go Time" is a standout for its whirlwind tempo and synth riffs that emulate Giorgio Moroder's production work." Two remixes were released the same year, with the Mumbai Science remix releasing on April 28, [6] and the John Tejada remix releasing on May 26. [7]
The song was featured in the soundtrack of 2016 open-world racing video game Forza Horizon 3 on the Horizon Pulse in-game radio station. [8]
Vincent John Martin, known professionally as Vince Clarke, is an English synth-pop musician and songwriter. Clarke has been the main composer and musician of the band Erasure since its inception in 1985, and was previously the main songwriter for several groups, including Depeche Mode, Yazoo, and the Assembly. In Erasure, he is known for his deadpan and low-key onstage demeanour, often remaining motionless over his keyboard, in sharp contrast to lead vocalist Andy Bell's animated and hyperactive frontman antics.

"A Neverending Dream" is a 1996 song by German group X-Perience, released as the second single from their debut album, Magic Fields (1996). It charted in Germany, Hungary and Switzerland and was the band's biggest hit. The song entered the German Singles Chart at number 91, went to number four in October/November 1996, and spent over 18 weeks in the charts. Over 350,000 copies of the singles were sold in Germany and the single was eventually certified Gold. On the Eurochart Hot 100, "A Neverending Dream" peaked at number 29 in December 1996. A music video was also produced to promote the single.
"Club Foot" is a song by English indie rock band Kasabian, featured on their 2004 debut album, Kasabian. It was released on 10 May 2004 in the UK. The video of this song, directed by W.I.Z., is dedicated to Czech student Jan Palach who in 1969 set himself on fire in protest against renewed Soviet suppression of Czechoslovakia. The video also refers to the Soviet government's intervention in the Hungarian Revolution of 1956 on a banner showing the text in Hungarian, which translates as "Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty". The scene with the inspector girl who stands before the tank harks back to the young man who stood in front of the line of tanks in 1989 in Tiananmen Square, which itself has become an icon for resistance.

Brian Wayne Transeau, known by his initials as BT, is an American musician, DJ, singer, songwriter, record producer, composer, and audio engineer. "Signs" is the first single from Intimacy Remixed, the remix album to Bloc Party's third album Intimacy. The song's remix by Armand Van Helden was released on 27 April 2009 in the United Kingdom only on digital download and 12" vinyl. It is the first single to be released from a Bloc Party remix album as no songs were released from the previous effort Silent Alarm Remixed.

All Hours is the sixth and final studio album by American band Ivy, released by Nettwerk on September 20, 2011. Following 2005's In the Clear, the members took a hiatus from music, allowing Andy Chase and Adam Schlesinger to work on side projects and Dominique Durand and Chase to begin raising a family. After reuniting in 2008, they started work on a project exploring a new sound following concerns that their songs would become obsolete and unimaginative due to their break. All Hours features 11 songs written and produced by Chase and Schlesinger; they take influence from electropop, indie pop and synth-pop music. Unlike their previous albums, All Hours experiments more with electronic music and contains tracks reminiscent of the music from the 1980s.

"Drowning" is a song by Dutch disc jockey and producer Armin van Buuren. It features vocals from English singer and songwriter Laura V. It was released on 25 February in the Netherlands by Armind as the fourth single from van Buuren's fourth studio album, Mirage. Swedish disc jockey and producer Avicii made a remix of this song which was more popular.
