Premise

After his younger second wife leaves him and enters a 90-day rehab program, Los Angeles art dealer Andy Goodrich seeks out his adult pregnant daughter Grace for help with raising his nine-year-old twins. [2] [3]

Cast

Production

In May 2019, it was announced that a comedy film titled Goodrich was in development with Hallie Meyers-Shyer directing the film and writing the screenplay, and Amy Pascal serving as a producer. Michael Keaton was cast in the lead role as Andy Goodrich. In March 2023, Mila Kunis joined the cast as Grace Goodrich with Pascal transitioning to an executive producer role. [2] In April 2023, Andie MacDowell, Carmen Ejogo and Kevin Pollak were added to the cast. [3] That same month, Michael Urie, Laura Benanti, Danny Deferrari, [4] and Poorna Jagannathan joined the cast. [5] In May, Vivien Lyra Blair was cast. [6] Ketchup Entertainment paid to acquire the film and has committed to a wide theatrical release. [7]

Filming

Principal photography began in April 2023, in Los Angeles. [2]
