Greatest Hits is a compilation album from Canadian singer and guitarist Kim Mitchell. The album was released in 1995. The opening and closing tracks, "Transcendental Soda" and "Hare Soda", are instrumental intro and outro pieces, recorded live, with Mitchell playing the "Go for Soda" riff and the crowd responding.

Joseph Kim Mitchell is a Canadian musician. He was the lead singer and guitarist for the band Max Webster before going on to a solo career. His 1984 single, "Go For Soda", was his only charted song on the US Billboard Hot 100, reaching number 86. Several other singles such as "Patio Lanterns", "Rock and Roll Duty", and "Rockland Wonderland", reached the top 20 in Canada.

It was the second posthumous album release by his official record company and is mostly composed of recordings Hendrix made in 1969 and 1970 after the breakup of the Jimi Hendrix Experience. Despite the cover photo and subtitle Original Motion Picture Sound Track, it does not contain any songs recorded during his concert appearance for the 1971 film Rainbow Bridge.

"Patio Lanterns" is a song by Kim Mitchell that was first released as a single in June 1986 and later appeared in the 1986 album Shakin' Like a Human Being. An acoustic recording of the song was released as a single in 1995 and also included in the album Greatest Hits released the same year.
