Green Power is a non-governmental environmental organization founded in Hong Kong in 1988. The organization raises public awareness about environmental issues and sustainable practices. [1]

Green Power Hike

Since 1994, the organization has organized the Green Power Hike, an annual charitable walk-a-thon on the Hong Kong Trail. Funding raised by the walk-a-thon is allocated to support local environmental education programs in kindergartens, primary schools, and secondary schools. [2] The organization creates educational programs and initiatives to protect butterfly habitats in Hong Kong. [3]
