Gulfam Khan is an Indian television and film actress [1] who works in Indian television and Bollywood Hindi cinema. She is known for playing the role of Nazneen in Aladdin - Naam Toh Suna Hoga from 2018 to 2020.

Gulfam is known in the industry as a Tech Junkie, [2] and she is also fond of painting.

Career

Khan made her acting debut in 2003, as Guddi, in the TV Series Lipstick . She has worked under well-known banners of the Mumbai Film Industry [3] and with several producers and directors, for several television serials and movies (Ref the following section "Filmography"). She has recently[ when? ] been cast in Amir-Khan Starrer movie [4] Talaash. In addition to her on-screen contribution, Gulfam Khan started writing screenplays in 2007. Gulfam has co-written some movie screenplays including Hisss with Jennifer Lynch. Gulfam has also written Comedy Circus Season-1 for Sony Entertainment Television (India). Gulfam has just completed[ when? ] working in Nagesh Kukunoors next movie Laxmi by National Award-winning director Nagesh Kukunoor, which has recently been sent for nominations to various film festivals.

Gulfam is currently[ when? ] looking to diversify her casting profile. [5] After playing brothel owner Rasili Bai in Ghar Ki Lakshmi... Betiyann, a madame in the movie Talaash and a slum queen — a boss of all bad deeds — in Mann Mein Hai Vishwas, she has turned down two films and one soap, Bani — Ishq Da Kalma, which required her to repeat the role. She has received several appreciations from the industry for her various contributions to television and cinema. [6]

Tapas Relia is an Indian music composer and producer, known for his famous advertising campaigns for brands like Close-Up (toothpaste), Domino's Pizza, Amaron Batteries, IPL and Mahabharat. Produced by Manish Mundra, Nagesh Kukunoor, and Elahe Hiptoola, the film features Hetal Gada and Krrish Chhabria as the two children, playing brother and sister, in the leading roles, with supporting performances from Chet Dixon, Vipin Sharma, Gulfam Khan, Vibha Chibber, Flora Saini, and Vijay Maurya. The film was released India wide to widely positive reviews on 17 June 2016. Dhanak received the Best Children's Film trophy at the 64th National Film Awards. Dhanak won the Special Mention Crystal Bear for the Best Feature Film by The Children's Jury for Generation Kplus at the 65th Berlinale.

<i>Good Luck Sakhi</i> 2022 Indian Telugu film

Good Luck Sakhi is a 2022 Indian Telugu-language sports comedy film written and directed by Nagesh Kukunoor. The film stars Keerthy Suresh, Aadhi Pinisetty and Jagapathi Babu. The plot follows Sakhi (Keerthy) who supposedly brings bad luck to everyone. After an army colonel moves to town and opens a sharpshooting centre, she begins to train as a shooter to participate at the national level. The film was announced in April 2019 and marked Kukunoor's directorial debut in Telugu cinema. Devi Sri Prasad composed the music, with cinematography by Chirantan Das and editing by A. Sreekar Prasad. The film was shot in Hyderabad, Vikarabad and Pune, and was completed in September 2020.
