Hacienda La Sabana near Camuy, Puerto Rico, was built in c. 1773 for Don Gregorio Rodriguez. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. [1]
It is a two-story building that served both as a residence and for storage. It is located in the middle of a "sabana" between the Camuy River and the Guajataca River. Its north side faces the old main road, the Camino Real. [2]
It was in deteriorated condition in 1983. [2]

The Yauco Battle Site is the site of the Battle of Yauco between Spanish and American forces in the municipality of Guánica, Puerto Rico on July 25 and 26, 1898. It includes agricultural fields plus the main house and a slave building of Hacienda Desideria, a coffee plantation in a small valley about 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) from the town of Guánica, which was headquarters of a Spanish military unit. It was the site of the first major confrontation in the Puerto Rican Campaign of the Spanish–American War.

The Ingenio Azucarero Vives, also known as Hacienda Vives, is a historic sugar mill complex with ruins of windmill and a processing building, in Barrio Machete of Guayama, in southern Puerto Rico. Las Tres Haciendas Waterworks is an irrigation system located in southern Puerto Rico, in the municipality of Santa Isabel. It consists of a set of structures that were built between 1846 and 1886 by landowners to transport water from the Coamo River to the fields of their sugarcane plantations. Las Tres Haciendas is named refers to the three sugarcane haciendas it serves: El Destino, Florida, and Hacienda Santa Isabel.
