Hafari Ahvaz Football Club is an Iranian football club based in Ahvaz, Iran. They are part of the Melli Haffari Company Ahvaz Sports Club, and they currently compete in the Azadegan League.

History

In the 2010–11 3rd Division season, Hafari finished first in group two and was promoted to the 2nd Division. The following year they finished second in group one of the 2nd Division and were promoted to the Azadegan League. The following year they were relegated back to the 2nd Division.

The 2007–08 Iranian Futsal 1st Division will be divided into two phases.

The 2012–13 Azadegan League was the 22nd season of the Azadegan League and 12th as the second highest division since its establishment in 1991. The season featured 19 teams from the 2011–12 Azadegan League, three new teams relegated from the 2011–12 Persian Gulf Cup and four new teams promoted from the 2011–12 2nd Division. Alvand Hamedan replaced PAS Novin Hamedan, Bargh Shiraz replaced Steel Azin and Sang Ahan replaced Tarbiat Yazd. The league started on 13 September 2012 and ended on 16 April 2013. Gostaresh Foulad and Esteghlal Khuzestan won the Azadegan League title for the first time in their history. Gostaresh Foulad and Esteghlal Khuzestan were promoted to the Persian Gulf Cup.

The 2012–13 season is PAS Hamedan's 2nd season in the Azadegan League. The team was managed by Vinko Begović and captained by Mohammad Alavi. Vinko Begović was replaced with Omid Tayeri in the middle of the season.

Siah Jamegan Football Club is an Iranian football club based in Mashhad, Iran. They used to play in the Persian Gulf Pro League. In August 2011 the club bought the license of second division side Golchin Robat Karim. Siah Jamegan is an offshoot and has the roots of heavily supported club Aboomoslem, sharing the same colours and kit.

The 2019–20 Iran Football's 2nd Division season was the 19th under 2nd Division since its establishment in 2001. The season featured 21 teams from the 2nd Division 2018–19, one new team relegated from the 2018–19 Azadegan League: Shahrdari Mahshahr, and six new teams promoted from the 3rd Division 2018–19: Shahrdari Astara, Melli Haffari Ahvaz, Esteghlal Molasani, Milad Mehr Iranian Tehran, Darayi Bandar Gaz, Shohadaye Razakan Karaj.
