Hamilton Park Community Houses are three historic homes located at New Brighton, Staten Island, New York. The Pritchard House (66 Harvard Ave., c. 1853) is a large, 2-story L-shaped brick building coated with rusticated stucco. No 32 Park Place (c. 1865) is a two-story, brick dwelling with a mansard roof. It features an Italianate style cornice. The Hamilton Park Cottage (105 Franklin Ave., ca. 1860s) is a 2+12-story red brick house. It features central triple arched porch over the main entrance. [2]

It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. [1]

The former 18th Police Precinct Station House and Stable of the Brooklyn Police Department is a historic police station and stable located in the Sunset Park neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York City. The two buildings were completed in 1892. The station house, which later was used by the New York City Police Department's 68th Precinct, is a three-story brick building with carved stone detailing in the Romanesque Revival style. It features a projecting corner tower and Norman-inspired projecting main entrance portico. The stable is a two-story brick building connected to the station house by a one-story brick passage. It ceased being used as a police station in 1970, and was bought by the Sunset Park School of Music.

The Hotel Gerard, currently known as aka Times Square, is a historic hotel located in New York, New York. It had also operated at the Hotel Langwell and Hotel 1-2-3. The building was designed by George Keister and built in 1893. It is a 13-story, U-shaped, salmon colored brick and limestone building with German Renaissance style design elements. The front facade features bowed pairs of bay windows from the third to the sixth floor and the building is topped by steeply pointed front gables and a highly decorated dormer. It was originally built as an apartment hotel.

J. C. Osgood Firehouse, now known as Engine Company 6, is a historic fire station located at the corner of 3rd Street and Canal Ave in the city of Troy in Rensselaer County, New York. It was built in 1889 and is an inverted L-shaped, brick building in the Queen Anne style. It was originally the home of Pumper 3 and Hook and Ladder 2. The main section is 2+12 stories, dropping to 2 stories in the midsection, with a 1+12-story wing at the rear. It features an irregular roofline topped with finials, distinctive patterns of decorative detailing, contrasting materials and forms, and medieval-type chimneys.
