Hanna Thompson (born November 1, 1983, in Rochester, New York) is an American foil and sabre fencer who was a member of the 2008 Olympics U.S. Women's foil team, which won the silver medal.
A 2006 graduate of Ohio State University, Thompson was a four-time NCAA All-America and helped the Buckeyes capture the 2004 NCAA National Championship. Thompson also placed third individually at the NCAA Championships in 2002 and 2004 and helped Ohio State capture four consecutive Midwest Championship titles.
Thompson has also competed with six national teams and two junior squads, earning a third-place team medal at the 2003 Junior World Championships in Trapani, Italy. In 2005, she won a Senior National Championship with the Rochester Fencing Club and also helped that squad bring in five senior team titles.
Thompson served as a volunteer assistant coach at Ohio State from 2005–07 and assistant coach at Duke from 2009-2010.
She graduated from Golden Gate University law school and passed the State Bar of California in 2013, and the State Bar of Hawaii in 2015. She currently works as a litigator.
Sada Molly Jacobson is an American Olympic fencer. She is the 2008 Olympic Individual Sabre silver medalist in women's sabre, the 2004 Olympic Individual Sabre bronze medalist in women's sabre, and the 2003 Pan American Games champion in women's sabre. In 2016, she was inducted into the United States Fencing Hall of Fame.
Vladimir Aliverovich Nazlymov is a former sabre fencer, and coach for the USSR and later the United States, to which he moved in 1991. He won three team Olympic sabre gold medals, and was the head coach of the Soviet Union Military Fencing Team for 14 years. He then coached in the United States, notably for Ohio State University, from which he retired in lieu of termination during an NCAA investigation that found him guilty of aggravated level I violations, sanctioned him, and vacated a number of records of the team and its members. He now serves as a coach at the Nazlymov Fencing Foundation, which was founded by his son and daughter-in-law.

Rebecca Ward is an American sabre fencer. She won the gold medal at the sabre 2006 World Fencing Championships after beating Mariel Zagunis 15–11 in the final, and took bronze in both individual and team sabre events at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. She also won the women's NCAA national individual sabre championship three times, the first in history to do so in sabre. In 2015, she was inducted into the USA Fencing Hall of Fame.

Soren Hunter Miles S Thompson is an American épée fencer, team world champion, and two-time Olympian. He represented the United States in the 2004 Olympics in Athens, Greece, where he reached the quarterfinals and came in 7th, the best US result in the event since 1956 and at the time the second-best US result of all time. He also represented the US in the 2012 Olympics in London. Thompson won a gold medal and world championship in the team épée event at the 2012 World Fencing Championships. He was inducted into the USA Fencing Hall of Fame in 2018, and the Southern California Jewish Sports Hall of Fame in 2020.

Erinn Smart is an American foil fencer who was a member of the United States fencing ream at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, where she competed in the women's individual and team foil events. Smart is 5 feet 7 inches (1.70 m), weighs 125 pounds (57 kg), and is coached by Buckie Leach. Smart's brother Keeth is also a nationally ranked competitive fencer who also started fencing with the Peter Westbrook Foundation.
Emily Ruth Cross is a U.S. foil fencer who was a member of the 2008 Olympics U.S. Women's foil team. She is best known for helping the team win the foil silver medal for the U.S. at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, along with teammates Erinn Smart and Hanna Thompson.

Nicole Ross is an American foil fencer. Fencing for the Columbia Lions fencing team, she won the 2010 NCAA individual women's foil title, and was a three time All-American. At the 2012 Summer Olympics she competed in individual women's foil, coming in 25th, while in the team event she and her teammates came in sixth. At the 2018 World Championships, she and Team USA won the gold medal in the women's team foil event.

Guard Wayne Young is a retired American gymnast. He is a three-time member of the U.S. gymnastics team at the World Championships, and contributed to a silver medal in the men's team competition in 2001. Three years later, at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Young helped his U.S. squad to earn a silver medal in the same program, a best finish since 1984. During his college career, Young has earned six All-American and two NCAA titles in the men's vault. In 2010, Young was inducted to the sports hall of fame by the Brigham Young University.

Maia Mei Weintraub is an American Olympic foil fencer. She won the 2019 and 2023 USA Fencing Women's Foil National Championships, was ranked second in the world in 2021 in women's foil in the juniors, and won the 2022 NCAA national women's foil championship. Weintraub represented the United States at the 2024 Paris Olympics in the Women's team foil, where she won a gold medal.
