"Paninaro" is a song by English synth-pop duo Pet Shop Boys, originally a B-side to the 1986 single "Suburbia". In 1995, a re-recording titled "Paninaro '95" was released to a wider market, to promote the duo's B-side compilation album Alternative, though only the original version was included on the compilation.
"He's on the Phone" is a song by British pop group Saint Etienne in collaboration with French singer-songwriter Étienne Daho, released in October 1995. A fast-paced dance track, it is one of Saint Etienne's biggest hits, reaching number 11 on the UK Singles Chart, number 31 in Iceland, number 41 in Sweden and number 33 on the US Billboard Dance Club Songs chart. The lyrics tell of an "academia girl" trying to escape from a relationship with a married man: "He's on the phone / And she wants to go home, / Shoes in hand, / Don't make a sound, / It's time to go." At the centre of the track is a spoken-word section by Daho.
"Into the Blue" is a song by American electronica musician Moby, released on June 19, 1995 by Mute, as the fourth single from his third studio album, Everything Is Wrong (1995). American musician Mimi Goese co-wrote the lyrics with Moby and provided the vocals. The song is slow and melancholy, a stark contrast to the first four singles from the album.
"Yesterday, When I Was Mad" is a song by English synth-pop duo Pet Shop Boys, released as the fifth and final single from their fifth studio album, Very (1993), on 29 August 1994 by Parlophone. The single peaked at number 13 on the UK Singles Chart and number four on the US Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart. The song was remixed by Jam & Spoon for its single release, among other things removing a compression effect applied to Neil Tennant's voice during the verses. Its music video was directed by Howard Greenhalgh. One of the B-sides is a cover of the Noël Coward song "If Love Were All".
"Break 4 Love" is a song written, produced and recorded by Vaughan Mason, the principal member of American house music group Raze, the song's original credited performer. The song, the group's only significant US hit, featured vocals by Keith Thompson and Vaughan Mason, as well as sexual sound samples by Erique Dial. The single peaked at number 28 on the UK Singles Chart and topped the US Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart in 1988. It is still considered a classic of the early house music genre.
"Inside Out" is a song recorded by German Eurodance band Culture Beat, released in November 1995 as the first single from their third studio album, Inside Out (1995). As for other Culture Beat singles, a CD maxi entirely composed of remixes was added among the available media a short time after. The song was a hit in most of the European countries where it was released, and peaked at number five in Germany, its highest position in the various charts. Outside Europe, it peaked at number two on the RPM dance music chart in Canada and number 15 on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart in the US.
"Surrender Your Love" is a song recorded by British house music group Nightcrawlers, released in May 1995 as the second single from their only album, Lets Push It (1995). Produced by American DJ and record producer MK, the song is co-written by him with John Reid and was released shortly after the previous single, "Push the Feeling On". It became a hit in various countries, such as the UK, Finland, France and the Netherlands, where it reached the top 10. On the Eurochart Hot 100, it peaked at number 19 in June 1995. Outside Europe, the song was successful in Israel, peaking at number eight.
"Turn On, Tune In, Cop Out" is a song by Norman Cook's acid jazz group Freak Power, released in October 1993 by Island Records and 4th & Broadway as the debut single from their first album, Drive-Thru Booty (1994). The song features a smooth jazz sound and the baritone vocals of lead singer Ashley Slater. The single originally charted at number 29 in the United Kingdom. However, two years later, the song was used in the popular Levi's advertisement "Taxi", and it was re-released on 6 March 1995. This time, the single was a success, reaching number three on the UK Singles Chart and becoming the group's only top-20 hit. The song was also a moderate hit in western Europe and New Zealand.

"Think About the Way" is a song by British, Italian-based rapper Ice MC, released in March 1994 as the second single from his third album, Ice'n'Green (1994), on which it appears in four versions, and his tenth single overall. It was produced by Roberto Zanetti, also known as Robyx, and was written by Zanetti and Ice MC, though many releases credit Zanetti as the sole writer. The female vocals were performed by Italian singer Alexia, though she was also uncredited. The song was very successful in Europe, reaching the top 5 in Belgium and Italy, and the top 15 in Denmark, France, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden and the Netherlands. In the UK and Ireland, it was released under the title "Think About the Way ", which it refers to the first words of the first verse. Its music video was directed by Giacomo de Simone.
"Offshore" is the debut single by British electronic music artist Chicane, released on 9 December 1996 from his debut album, Far from the Maddening Crowds (1997). The song reached number five in the United States on Billboard's Hot Dance Club Songs chart, number 12 in Ireland and number 14 in the United Kingdom. A bootleg by Australian DJ Anthony Pappa was given an official release in 1997 titled "Offshore '97". This version peaked at number 17 in the UK.
"Love Rendezvous" is a song by British band M People, released in 1995 as the fourth single from their third album, Bizarre Fruit/Bizarre Fruit II (1994). Written by Mike Pickering, Paul Heard and Heather Small, and produced by M People, the song was released on 14 October after the band's world tour. It peaked at number thirty two on the UK Singles Chart.

"Liberation" is a 1995 song by British recording artist Lippy Lou, released as her debut single. Produced by German DJ and producer Mike Koglin, it was described by Billboard as a "coming out anthem" and was released on Boy George's record label More Protein. It peaked at number 57 on the UK Singles Chart, but was an even bigger hit on the UK Dance Chart, reaching number 8. Outside Europe, it peaked at number 102 in Australia. A music video was made to accompany the song, directed by director Ben Unwin. It has a blue sepia tone. In 1996, the song was again released as "Liberation ", with new remixes.
"So in Love with You" is a song by British singer, songwriter and producer Mark Carson Adams under the name Duke in 1994. Released by CNR Music, Dance Street and Virgin, it became the singer's biggest hit and was also included on his 1995 album, The 10 Commandments Of Love. The single's radio edit is mixed by Norman Cook, as Pizzaman. It reached number three in the Netherlands and number 12 in Flemish Belgium. The track has since been remixed and re-released several times; in 1996, 2000, 2001 and 2012. The 1996 version peaked at number four in Italy and number 22 on the UK Singles Chart, while reaching number two on the UK Dance Singles Chart. In 1997, it peaked at number-one on the Billboard Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart in the US.
"Magic Carpet Ride" is a song by British duo Mighty Dub Katz, which consisted of DJ, musician and record producer Norman Cook and his former flatmate Gareth Hansome. It was first released in 1995 and is their biggest hit to date, peaking within the top 10 in Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and Switzerland. The song contains a sample of Chakachas' recording "Yo Soy Cubano" from 1970, and Sandee's recording "Notice Me" from 1988. The male vocals are based on Laid Back's "White Horse". A black-and-white music video was shot to accompany the song.
"Stars" is a song by English indie dance trio Dubstar, released in 1995 by EMI and Polydor as the debut single from their first album, Disgraceful (1995). The song received critical acclaim, peaking at number 40 in the UK. But after being re-released in 1996, it was far more successful, reaching number 15 on the UK Singles Chart and number 18 in Scotland, as well as number 69 on the Eurochart Hot 100. Outside Europe, the song was a hit in Israel, peaking at number-one for three weeks. It received a great deal of play time in clubs and many remixes were also created. There were produced three different music videos to promote the single. Italian metal band Lacuna Coil covered it on their 2000 EP Halflife.
"Sex on the Streets" is a song by British electronic music duo Pizzaman, consisting of John Reid and Norman Cook, and was released in 1995 as the second single from their only album, Pizzamania (1995). The song samples a part of a 1974 sermon by American evangelist Jack van Impe and peaked at number-one on both the UK Dance Singles Chart and the UK Club Chart. In 2011, it was released in the Netherlands in a new mix as "Sex on the Streets 2011".
"Keep Warm" is a song by Italian band Jinny, fronted by British singer and TV host Carryl Varley. Originally released in 1991 as a single only in the UK by Virgin Records as part of the Italo House boom of the late 80s/early 90s, it featured samples from "Taking Him Off Your Hands" by Mahogany Watkins, La Velle's 1979 track "Playgirl" and "What Happened to the Music" by The Trammps, with the hook coming from a 1987 track called "Keep It Warm" by Voices in the Dark.
"Trippin' on Sunshine" is the debut single by British electronic music duo Pizzaman, consisting of John Reid and Norman Cook, released in 1994 from their only album, Pizzamania (1995). The "You, me, all of us, are looking for the key..." vocal sample in the song is taken from the 1968 single "World of Love" by Canadian R&B/soul band Mandala. And the "Trippin' on Sunshine" vocal sample is from "Accapella Sunshine" by Rockers Revenge featuring Donnie Calvin.
