James Harry Funnell (born 31 May 1999) is an English cricketer. [1] He made his List A debut for Leicestershire against India A in a tri-series warm-up match on 19 June 2018. [2]

It was India's biggest win by an innings in Tests,and they became the first Asian team to win a Test match inside two days.

In September 2021,the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) confirmed that India would also play a one-off Test match,after the fifth Test in 2021 was cancelled. The following month,the ECB confirmed that the rescheduled match would determine the outcome of last summer's Test series,and was played ahead of the T20I series.
