Akkineni Nagarjuna Rao, known mononymously as Nagarjuna, is an Indian actor, film producer, television presenter, and entrepreneur. Manam (transl. Us) is a 2014 Indian Telugu-language fantasy drama film written and directed by Vikram Kumar, and produced by the Akkineni Family under the Annapurna Studios banner. The film stars Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Nagarjuna, Naga Chaitanya, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Shriya Saran. The film is set in various time periods, over the course of a hundred years up until 2013, and deals with the concepts of rebirth and eternal love. The plot features a wealthy businessman, Nageswara Rao (Nagarjuna), attempting to bring a young couple together resembling his deceased parents and the elderly Chaitanya's attempts to bring the businessman and a doctor together. They resemble Chaitanya's deceased parents, who died because of a mistake committed by him in his childhood.

Inturi Srinivasa Rao, better known as Vasu Inturi, is an Indian actor and writer who works in Telugu films and television. He is known for the role of Sarvam in the TV sitcom Amrutham, which won him Nandi TV Award for Best Comedian in 2007. Inturi also worked as an assistant director and director on the series and wrote some episodes. Later, he wrote and directed the TV series Gangatho Rambabu. In 2014, he co-wrote Amrutham Chandamamalo, the first Indian space comedy film, with Gangaraju Gunnam.
Akhil Akkineni is an Indian actor who predominantly works in Telugu cinema. Akhil was born in San Jose, California, and was raised in Hyderabad, India. Akhil debuted into films as a child artist in the children's film Sisindri (1994), for which he won a Filmfare Special Award. He is also the captain of Telugu Warriors cricket team that competes in Celebrity Cricket League.
Amrutham was an Indian Telugu-language television sitcom created and produced by Gunnam Gangaraju. It originally aired on Gemini TV for six years from 18 November 2001 to 18 November 2007 in 313 episodes. It is widely regarded as the greatest Telugu comedy TV series of all time. Most of the episodes were written by Gunnam Gangaraju along with Vasu Inturi who also played the character of Sarvam. Amrutham is especially noted for its clean, family-friendly humour and its satirical takes on everyday issues. The topics of satire are diverse — soap operas, popular films, competitive exams, superstitions, game shows, contemporary politics, current affairs etc.
Amrutham Dhvitheeyam is an Indian Telugu-language sitcom web television series created by Gunnam Gangaraju and directed by Gunnam Sandeep. It is a standalone sequel to the television sitcom Amrutham (2001–2007). It was released with the tagline Moorkhatvaniki maranam raadu. The series featured Harsha Vardhan, L. B. Sriram, Satya, Vasu Inturi, Sivannarayana Naripeddi and Ragini in the main roles. It premiered on ZEE5 on 25 March 2020 and ended on 25 March 2021.
Rama Rajamouli is an Indian costume designer and film stylist, who primarily works in Telugu cinema. Rama made her debut with the 2001 film Student No: 1. She is known for her work in the films Magadheera (2009), Eega (2012), Baahubali: The Beginning (2015), Baahubali 2: The Conclusion (2017) and RRR (2022).
