He spent his entire career with the TNT Tropang Giga in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). [1]

On February 1, 2021, Carey announced his retirement from professional basketball. [2] On June 28, 2023, the TNT Tropang Giga retired his jersey number 4. [3]
