Heleri Kolkkanen (born 23 June 1997) is a Finnish retired rhythmic gymnast. [1] She represented her country in international competitions.
Heleri entered the Finnish national senior group in 2013 competing at the World Championships in Kyiv, along Solja Sade, Jenni Kaita,Riikka Kangas, Sonja Kokkonen and Aino Purje, she was 20th in the All-Around. [2]
In June 2014 her, Riikka Kangas, Sonja Kokkonen, Elina Koprinen, Kristina Lapina and Aino Purje participated in the European Championships in Baku finishing 12th overall, 13th with 10 clubs and 10th with 3 balls & 2 ribbons. [3] In September the group finished 17th in the All-Around, 15th with 5 pairs of clubs and 19th in the mixed event at the World Championships in Izmir. [4]
At the 2015 European Games Finland was 11th in the All-Around qualification and did not advance to finals. [5] In July the group won two bronze medals in the All-Around and with 5 ribbons at the 2015 Summer Universiade in Gwangju. [6] Two months later Heleri, Sonja Kokkonen, Elina Koprinen, Iina Linna, Aino Purje and Kati Rantsi competed at the World Championships in Stuttgart, being 15th overall, 14th with 10 clubs and 13th with 3 balls & 2 ribbons. The 2013 World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships were held in Kyiv, Ukraine, from August 28 to September 1, 2013 at the Palace of Sports.
The 2014 Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships, the 33rd edition, was held in İzmir, Turkey, from September 21 to 28, 2014 at the İzmir Halkapınar Sport Hall.
The 2015 Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships, the 34th edition, was held in Stuttgart, Germany, from September 7 to 13, 2015 at the Porsche Arena. It acted as a qualifying competition for the 2016 Summer Olympics.
Mariia Olehivna Vysochanska is a Ukrainian rhythmic gymnast. She represented Ukraine at the 2020 and 2024 Summer Olympics in the group all-around. She won a bronze medal at the 2023 World Championships in 3 ribbons and 2 balls. She won two gold medals, a silver medal, and a bronze medal at the 2020 European Championships. She also won a silver medal at the 2023 European Championships and a bronze medal at the 2024 European Championships.
