Hellinsia basuto is a moth of the family Pterophoridae. It is found in Lesotho.
Lesotho, officially the Kingdom of Lesotho, is an enclaved country within the border of South Africa. It is one of only three independent states completely surrounded by the territory of another country, and the only one outside of the Italian peninsula.
