Hendrik Marx (14 November 1989 - 15 July 2010) was a Namibian cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-fast bowler who played for the Namibian Under-19s cricket team since 2006, when he played in the Under-19s World Cup.

Marx was part of the Namibian Under-19 team which won the Under-19 African Championship in 2007.

Marx made his first-class debut in February 2009 against Border.

On July 15, 2010 Marx died in a car accident in Stellenbosch South Africa. [1]

The East and Central Africa cricket team was a cricket team representing the countries of Malawi, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia in international cricket. They were an associate member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) from 1989 until 2003.

The Namibian Sun is a daily tabloid newspaper in Namibia. It was launched on 20 September 2007 as a weekly tabloid newspaper published on Thursdays. The initial print run was planned to be 36,000 copies. The paper publishes mostly in English with some pages in Oshiwambo and targets a readership aged between 18 and 40. It has been published daily since 2010.

ICC U19 Cricket World Cup Africa Qualifier are a series of regular cricket tournaments organised by the International Cricket Council (ICC) for under-19 teams from its African member nations. The initial tournament was staged in 2001 but did not return until 2007. During the interim years a joint competition with the East Asia-Pacific Cricket Council was held. A second division was added in 2009 providing affiliate nations with a chance to participate. After this first edition, two teams were promoted, but since then only one team has moved between divisions. The two divisions are played at different times and in different locations. The current champions are Nigeria.

The Namibia national cricket team is the team that represents the Republic of Namibia and is governed by Cricket Namibia, an Associate Member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) since 1992, and became part of the High Performance Program in 2007. They took part in the 2003 Cricket World Cup in South Africa, though they lost all their games. They have played in each edition of the ICC Intercontinental Cup.
