The Henry Ministry was the combined cabinet (formally the Executive Council of Ontario) that governed Ontario from December 15, 1930, to July 10, 1934. It was led by the 10th Premier of Ontario, George Stewart Henry. The ministry was made up of members of the Conservative Party of Ontario, which commanded a majority of the seats in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario.
The ministry replaced the Ferguson ministry following the resignation of Premier Howard Ferguson. Henry was appointed to the Premiership without a party convention. The Henry ministry governed most of the later part of the 18th Parliament of Ontario.
Henry resigned after his party lost the 1934 Ontario general election. He was succeeded as Premier of Ontario by Mitch Hepburn.

The premier of Ontario is the head of government of Ontario. Under the Westminster system, the premier governs with the confidence of a majority the elected Legislative Assembly; as such, the premier typically sits as a member of Provincial Parliament (MPP) and leads the largest party or a coalition of parties. As first minister, the premier selects ministers to form the Executive Council, and serves as its chair. Constitutionally, the Crown exercises executive power on the advice of the Executive Council, which is collectively responsible to the legislature.
George Howard Ferguson was the ninth premier of Ontario, from 1923 to 1930. He was a Conservative member of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario from 1905 to 1930 who represented the eastern provincial riding of Grenville.
George Stewart Henry was a farmer, businessman and politician in Ontario, Canada. He served as the tenth premier of Ontario from 1930 to 1934. He had acted as minister of highways while Ontario greatly expanded its highway system. Henry continued the expansion as premier, but his party did not provide relief during the Great Depression and lost the 1934 election.
