Herman Humwa (8 November 1995) is a Kenyan rugby sevens player who represents Kenya internationally. [1]

Humwa made his Olympic debut representing Kenya at the 2020 Summer Olympics. [2] [3] He also competed for Kenya at the 2022 Rugby World Cup Sevens in Cape Town. [4] [5]

He represented Kenya at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris. [6] [7]
