Hi-Vis High Tea is the ninth studio album by Australian punk band Frenzal Rhomb. It was recorded in Colorado, USA, with Bill Stevenson as producer and was released in May 2017. It was nominated at the 2017 ARIA Music Awards for Best Hard Rock/Heavy Metal Album, but lost to Northlane's Mesmer .

The album is the first since a series of medical mishaps befall the band, delaying recording and release. Vocalist Jay Whalley underwent brain surgery in 2013 in order to have a parasitic tapeworm removed, as documented in the song Pigworm, [1] drummer Gordy Forman suffered a 2015 broken arm following a stage dive attempt during a Perth concert, [2] and guitarist Lindsay McDougall was forced to undergo emergency eye surgery in the same year. [3]

Lindsay "The Doctor" McDougall is an Australian rock guitarist and radio presenter. Since 1996, he has been the lead guitarist in punk rock band, Frenzal Rhomb alongside lead singer Jay Whalley. He has co-written songs with fellow band members including their highest charting single, "You Are Not My Friend". During 2003 McDougall organised Rock Against Howard, a compilation album, by various Australian musicians as a protest against incumbent Prime Minister, John Howard's government. It was released in August 2004, before the October federal election; Howard's coalition was nonetheless re-elected. In 2005, with Whalley, he co-hosted the Breakfast Show on national youth radio network Triple J, as Jay and the Doctor. In 2008, after Whalley left, he worked with Robbie Buck and Marieke Hardy. From 2010 to late 2014, he hosted the afternoon drive time programme. Since January 2018, McDougall has fronted the afternoon drive show on the ABC's local radio station in Wollongong, 97.3 ABC Illawarra. He is an animal rights activist and a vegan.

Not So Tough Now is the second studio album released in July 1996 by Australian punk rock band Frenzal Rhomb, the follow-up to their first album Coughing Up a Storm. This was the last album with Ben Costello on guitar, who was replaced by Lindsay McDougall not long after its release. The secret track at the end of the album is said to be a song about his departure.

The PooPoo PeePee Tour was a concert tour by rock band Blink-182, Launched in support of the group's 1997 album Dude Ranch, the tour visited clubs and theaters in the summer/fall of 1998. Totally Unicorn is an Australian metal band originally from Wollongong, New South Wales.
