Vantaa is a city in Finland. It is located to the north of the capital, Helsinki, in southern Uusimaa. The population of Vantaa is approximately 250,000. It is the 4th most populous municipality in Finland. Vantaa is part of the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, which has approximately 1.6 million inhabitants.
Helsinki commuter rail is a commuter rail system serving the Helsinki metropolitan area. The system is managed by the Helsinki Regional Transport Authority (HSL) and operations are contracted out to VR at least until 2031.
The Ring Rail Line is a railway route in the area of the city of Vantaa, in the Greater Helsinki Metropolitan Area of Finland. It connects Helsinki-Vantaa Airport and the adjacent Aviapolis business and retail district to the Helsinki commuter rail network. The line fills the gap between Vantaankoski and Tikkurila railway stations, travelling in tunnel underneath the airport.

In 2018, junior high school graduates needed a minimum of 8.10 GPA to be admitted to study at Tikkurila Upper Secondary.

Dixi is a combined office, shopping and transport centre in Tikkurila, Vantaa, Finland, in connection to the Tikkurila railway station. Dixi is located to the west of the railway track, to the north of the old station building. The shopping centre was opened in 2015 and was expanded with a 100-metre-long (330 ft) expansion in 2017, with an upcoming final phase of a further 6,000 m2 (65,000 sq ft) of office space to its southern part on Ratatie.
Simonkylä is a district in Vantaa, Finland, located west of the Tikkurila district. The district has a population of about 8,000. It has the largest population of all the neighborhoods that are part of Tikkurila's major region, but it has very few jobs, which makes it primarily a residential area.
