I'll Be Home for Christmas is an extended play released by American country artist Sara Evans. The project was released on November 3, 2009 via RCA Records Nashville. It was Evans's first EP release and first collection of holiday music. It was released through digital retailers at the time, including iTunes.
In October 2009, Evans announced the release of a holiday-themed project. The record coincided with her Christmas tour that fall called "Celebrate the Season". The tour ran for several years in which she promoted her holiday EP through RCA Nashville. [1] [2]
The extended play consisted of four tracks, including "Go Tell It on the Mountain" and "New Again", a duet with country artist Brad Paisley. [3] Following the album's release, Evans began her "Celebrate the Season Tour", which consisted of two sets. The first set featured Evans performing songs from her holiday collection while the second set featured some of her biggest hits. [4]

Pentatonix formed in 2011 and subsequently won the third season of NBC's The Sing-Off, receiving $200,000 and a recording contract with Sony Music. When Sony's Epic Records dropped the group after The Sing-Off, the group formed its YouTube channel, distributing its music through Madison Gate Records, a label owned by Sony Pictures. Their YouTube channel currently has 20 million subscribers and 5.9 billion views. The group's video tribute to Daft Punk had received more than 364 million views as of November 17, 2022.

A Very Trainor Christmas is the fourth major-label studio album, and debut Christmas album, by American singer-songwriter Meghan Trainor, released on October 30, 2020, by Epic Records and her own label, Honest OG Recordings. The album contains cover versions of Christmas standards, such as "It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas" (1951) and "Last Christmas" (1984), as well as six original recordings. Trainor worked with producers including her brother Justin Trainor and Asa Welch, and co-wrote songs with the former and her other brother Ryan, among others, to create the album. Artists who are featured on A Very Trainor Christmas include Earth, Wind & Fire, Seth MacFarlane, Trainor's cousins Jayden, Jenna & Marcus Toney, and father Gary Trainor. A Target edition of the album includes a cover version of "A Holly Jolly Christmas" (1964) and the original song "I'll Be Home", which first appeared on the Epic EP I'll Be Home for Christmas (2014). A deluxe edition of the album was released on October 29, 2021.
