IIC University of Technology (IIC) came into existence in 2008 through the evolution of the International Institute of Cambodia, founded in 1999. IIC University is accredited by the Royal Government of Cambodia as specified in Sub-Decree No. 127ANK.BK. [1] It is a member of the International Association of Universities. [2] .

As a result of the MBA program, consultants with a hands-on approach are produced.
The university offers conventional and industrial PhD programs. Industrial PhD is a qualification to train professionals to solve industry-oriented problems. [6] Conventional PhD focuses on 80% academic needs and 20% industrial needs whereas Industrial PhD is 20% academic needs and 80% industrial needs.
The School of Computer Science (SCS) at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, US is a school for computer science established in 1988. It has been consistently ranked among the top computer science programs over the decades. As of 2022 U.S. News & World Report ranks the graduate program as tied for second with Stanford University and University of California, Berkeley. It is ranked second in the United States on Computer Science Open Rankings, which combines scores from multiple independent rankings.
The Open University of Sri Lanka is a national university in Sri Lanka. It is unique within the Sri Lankan national university system for being the only university to offer programs of study leading to certificate, diploma, degrees and postgraduate degrees up to PhD level through the Open and Distance Mode of Learning (ODL). The degrees awarded by the university are treated as equivalent to degrees awarded by any other Sri Lankan University under the preview of the University Grants Commission.

Bahçeşehir University (BAU) is a private educational institution in Turkey, located around the Bosporus in Istanbul. The Turkish National Assembly authorized the establishment of the University of Bahçeşehir by the Bahçeşehir Uğur Education Foundation in 1998. An academic and strategic protocol was signed shortly after with San Diego State University in California, USA. The enrollment of the first students was made after the first placement exam (ÖSYS) in the 1999–2000 academic year. The university is one of the few universities in Turkey which has its lectures in English and therefore students applying to BAU are required to have high English proficiency.
The Islamic University of Gaza, also known as IUG andIU Gaza, is an independent Palestinian university established in 1978 in Gaza City. The International University of Sarajevo (IUS) is a private university located in the capital city Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The university was established by the Foundation for the Development of Education in 2004–2005. IUS is open to students from all over the world, and the language of instruction and communication is English. It offers four year education according to Bologna system. IUS has 1650 students from 55 countries and faculty members from 20 countries performing academic and research activities in various disciplines of Science, Engineering, Arts and Social Sciences. The first generation of 32 IUS graduates received their diplomas on June 26, 2009. IUS offers many types of scholarships, especially for students from Bosnia and Herzegovina. IUS has both modern and large campus for the region.
The Mongolian University of Science and Technology was founded in 1959 as a part of the National University of Mongolia and started training the Industrial Economists and Construction Engineers. As a result of the formation of engineering and technical teaching staff, in 1969 the National University of Mongolia was affiliated the Polytechnic Institute with five schools such as: Civil Engineering, Power Engineering, Geology and Mining, Mechanical Engineering, and Engineering Economics had established with 13 departments. In 1982, by the decision of the Council of Ministers of the People's Republic of Mongolia, the Polytechnic Institute was separated from the National University of Mongolia and reorganized into an independent university.
National Aerospace University – "Kharkiv Aviation Institute", NAU "KhAI" is a university in Kharkiv, Ukraine which specializes in aviation and space engineering. The KhAI was founded in 1930.

Paragon International University, formerly Zaman University from 2010 to 2018, is a private university located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The university is accredited by the Royal Government of Cambodia and the Accreditation Committee of Cambodia (ACC). At Paragon International University, the programs are taught in English.
