"Anything" is a song by rapper Jay-Z that is found on the Vinyl 12" "Anything " 1999 with a Remix of DJ Tomekk from Def Jam Germany and later on Beanie Sigel's 2000 album The Truth. It is produced by Sam Sneed and P. Skam, who sample Lionel Bart's "I'll Do Anything" for the track's beat and chorus. The sample from Oliver! heavily popularized "Anything", as did the Annie sample on "Hard Knock Life ", "Anything" was also a bonus track on Jay-Z's album Vol. 3... Life and Times of S. Carter as is "Anything " on the Japanese version of the album.

The songwriters were listed as Womack & Womack, who also served as the producers of the track alongside Chris Blackwell. Released as the album's lead single during the third quarter of 1988, it charted highly around the world, reaching number-one in the Netherlands and number 2 in Australia, Germany and Switzerland, and number 3 in the UK.

Deekline is a British producer and DJ of dance, breakbeat, breakstep and garage music. He is the innovator of breakstep music which is bass-heavy, breakbeat-infused 2-step, first characterised in his 1999 hit "I Don't Smoke", which reached No. 11 on the UK charts. He is the owner of Rat Records, which has released material of such artists as DJ Fresh, Jack Beats, Stanton Warriors, Wiley, Skinny Man, Rennie Pilgrem, House Breakers and Freq Nasty. Annand has also had notable collaborations with British electronic music producers Ed Solo and Wizard. In 2011, he opened up his online clothing store, Bass Boutique.

"Never Gonna Let You Go" is a single by American singer Tina Moore. Originally released in 1995, the song reached number 27 on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. In 1997, a UK garage remix of the song by Kelly G was released and became a top 10 hit in the UK, peaking at number 7 on the UK Singles Chart. On the Eurochart Hot 100, it reached number 23 in September 1997. Several remixes are included on the CD and 12" formats, such as the 'Tuff Jam Classic Vocal Mix' and 'Warehouse Junkie Mix'.
"Earthquake" is a single by British disc jockey DJ Fresh and American counterpart Diplo featuring vocals from Dominique Young Unique. The song was released in the United Kingdom on 18 August 2013 as the lead single from his fourth studio album. An edited version of the song with extra production and sound effects features in the film Kick-Ass 2, under the name "Motherquake". It contains a sample from the song "Teach Me How to Dougie" by the hip hop group Cali Swag District. "Earthquake" peaked at number four on the UK Singles Chart, number three on the UK Dance Chart and topped the UK Indie Chart.
"Flowers" is the debut single by UK garage duo Sweet Female Attitude, released in April 2000. The song uses the same chord sequence as Erik Satie's Trois Gymnopédies, and the actual piece can be heard in the version by The House & Garage Orchestra, from the 2018 album Garage Classics.

UK garage, abbreviated as UKG, is a genre of electronic music which originated in England in the early to mid-1990s. The genre blends styles such as garage house, R&B, jungle and dance-pop. It usually features a percussive, shuffled 4/4 breakbeat rhythm with syncopated hi-hats, cymbals and snares, and sometimes includes irregular kick drum patterns. Garage tracks also commonly feature 'chopped up' and time-stretched or pitch-shifted vocal samples complementing the underlying rhythmic structure at a tempo usually around 130 BPM. UK garage gave rise to subgenres such as speed garage and 2-step, and was then largely subsumed into other styles of music and production in the mid-2000s, including bassline, grime and dubstep. The decline of UK garage during the mid-2000s saw the birth of UK funky, which is closely related.

"Boom Selection" is a song by UK garage crew Genius Cru. The single reached No. 12 on the UK Singles Chart and No. 1 on the UK Dance Chart in January 2001. The song samples "Gravedigger" by the New York Rock & Roll Ensemble, to which Martin Fulterman and Michael Kamen are credited as songwriters.
"Sorry " is a song by UK garage duo Monsta Boy featuring Denzie on vocals. It was first released in 1999 on white label, then officially released as a single the following year via Locked On Records and XL Recordings. The song reached number 25 on the UK Singles Chart, and number one on the UK Dance Chart in October 2000.
Stephen Emmanuel is a UK garage/dance music producer and songwriter, best known for the hits "What U Do" and "Coochy Coo", both of which feature singer Eska.
