I Was a Sixth Grade Alien! (known as My Best Friend is an Alien! in the UK and Australia) is a Canadian-British children's science fiction comedy television series following the chronicles of Pleskit, a purple-skinned, blue-haired extraterrestrial being with an antenna positioned on his head. He tries to fit in and make some friends, but due to his strange appearance, he does never succeed very well. He does make one friend, Tim, who is interested in space and aliens. The two friends go through the sixth grade together. During the series, they solve many unusual problems, from a trans-universal portal game to a blue-coloured, wailing pig creature from Pleskit's home planet. The show is premiered on July 13, 1999, ended on January 10, 2001, and was produced by UK-based Winklemania Productions and Canadian-based Alliance Atlantis Communications' children's unit, AAC Kids with the participation of the Canadian Television Fund/Fonds canadien de télévision, the Canadian Film Or Video Production Tax Credit, and the Shaw Television Broadcast Fund/Fonds de télédiffusion Shaw. The television series was based on Bruce Coville's book series of the same name.

Space: 1999 is a British science-fiction television programme that ran for two series from 1975 to 1977. The Monsters of Morley Manor is a children's fantasy/sci-fi/horror novel written by Bruce Coville, published in 2001. While it combines many different genres in an unconventional manner, its premise is reminiscent of classic spooky haunted-house stories for children. It was originally serialized in Bruce Coville's series of short story anthologies. For example, one chapter of the story introduces aliens into the plot, and that chapter was published in Bruce Coville's Book of Aliens II. Another chapter features ghosts and was published in Bruce Coville's Book of Ghosts II. Planet Sheen is an American CGI-animated television series. It is the second spin-off television series of the film Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, and a spin-off sequel to The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius. The series was picked up for 26 episodes by Nickelodeon for its first and only season. Jeffrey Garcia returns as the voice of Sheen, and Bob Joles and Rob Paulsen are the voices of Nesmith and Doppy. Ready Jet Go! is a computer-animated educational children's television series produced by Wind Dancer Films. Kid Cosmic is an American animated superhero television series created by Craig McCracken and developed by McCracken, Lauren Faust and Francisco Angones for Netflix. The series was based on his 2009 comic The Kid from Planet Earth.
