State Highway 27 (SH-27) is a state highway in Idaho, United States, that runs from Oakley to SH-25 in Paul.

Route description

SH-27 begins in the town of Oakley and leaves the center of town on Center Street, heading due north. The highway makes a slight bend to the northeast before continuing north and entering the town of Burley as Overland Avenue. SH-27 intersects U.S. Route 30 (US 30) and runs concurrently with Interstate 84 Business (I-84 Bus.) as it leaves the town, heading north before turning northeast and intersecting I-84, where I-84 Business ends. The road continues north as 600 West Road, where it ends in the town of Paul at SH-25. [2] [1]

State Highway 7 (SH 7) is an east–west state highway that runs from Interstate 35 south of Waco to U.S. Highway 84 about 3 miles (4.8 km) west of the Texas-Louisiana state line. Between Crockett and Nacogdoches, SH 7 passes through the Davy Crockett National Forest. Commissioned on April 4, 1917, SH 7 is one of the original state highways established in Texas, and has been re-routed several times since its original conception. In earlier years, SH 7 mostly followed present day U.S. Highway 84, U.S. Highway 67, U.S. Highway 70 among other highways between northwest Texas and the Louisiana border. By 1939, most of the mileage belonging to SH 7 was transferred to the U.S. Highway System, leaving the highway extant only within eastern Texas. SH 7 subsequently went through several other major reroutings, truncations and extensions between 1939 and 1990, before becoming the highway it is today.

U.S. Route 30 (US 30) runs northwest–southeast across the southern half of lower Idaho for 455.481 miles (733.026 km). US 30 enters the state from Oregon across the Snake River in Fruitland and exits into Wyoming east of Dingle. US 26 runs through the large population centers of Boise, Twin Falls, and Pocatello, as well as a plethora of smaller communities from Fruitland to Montpelier. The Thousand Springs Scenic Byway is a picturesque section of US 30 in southern Idaho between the towns of Bliss and Buhl, dipping down into the Hagerman Valley and a canyon of the Snake River.
