Career

Ifthi was born at Trikaripur in Kasaragod district, Kerala. He released his album 'Dil Hai Deewana' in the year 2000 when he was studying in 10th grade of secondary school. [3] His album 'Mantra' was released in 2005. Ifthi released his first international musical project ‘Patchwork’ in 2012, which brought together 29 artists and 49 technicians from nine nations across the globe. [4] [5]

He debuted as a feature film composer with the Malayalam movie titled as June by Friday Film House. [6] [7]

Neram (transl. 'Time') is a 2013 Indian black comedy thriller film written, directed and edited by Alphonse Puthren in his directorial debut. It is simultaneously made in Malayalam and Tamil languages. It is an extended version of the short film of the same name, which he directed in 2009. It stars Nivin Pauly, Nazriya Nazim and Bobby Simha in both versions. Supporting roles were played by Manoj K. Dileesh Philip, also known as Dileesh Pothan is an Indian film director, actor and producer, who works in Malayalam cinema. He made his directorial debut with the 2016 comedy drama film Maheshinte Prathikaaram, starring Fahadh Faasil.
