Iilish Ross (born 21 June 1999) is an Australian rules footballer playing for the Richmond Football Club in the AFL Women's (AFLW). She previously played 11 matches over two seasons with Collingwood.

AFL Women's career

Ross was drafted by Collingwood with their second selection and thirteenth overall in the 2017 AFL Women's draft. [1] She made her debut in the eight point loss to Carlton at Ikon Park in the opening round of the 2018 season. [2]

In April 2019 she signed an expansion period contract with Richmond. [3] [4] Ross suffered a foot injury in the 2020 pre-season which ruled her out from contention for the opening rounds of the season. [5] She made her debut for Richmond against St Kilda at RSEA Park in round 6 of the 2020 season. [6]

Luka Lesosky-Hay is an Australian rules footballer who played for the Richmond Football Club in the AFL Women's (AFLW). After a junior career with the Geelong Falcons in the NAB League Girls competition, Lesosky-Hay was overlooked at the 2019 draft. She was later selected to join Richmond as a train-on injury replacement player during the 2020 AFL Women's season but did not earn a league debut that season. Later that year, Lesosky-Hay was drafted by Richmond with their third selection and fifty-third overall in the 2020 AFL Women's draft. She made her debut against Brisbane at Punt Road Oval in the opening round of the 2021 season. She was delisted by Richmond in April 2021. Luka Lesosky-Hay is now pursuing a career as an artist.
