This is the discography of Japanese pop group Ikimono-gakari, who have released three Indie albums prior to 2006, and seven studio albums, three compilation albums, and numerous singles since joining Epic Records in 2006. [1]

This is the discography of South Korean rock band F.T. Island. They debuted in 2007 with Cheerful Sensibility.
The discography of AKB48 consists of 59 singles, 8 studio albums, and 32 stage albums. The major singles have title tracks that are sung by a selection of the AKB48 singers, some of whom are from AKB48's sister groups. Some of the singles are considered annual "election singles", that is, they contain ballots for a popularity contest to determine the line-up for the next single. Other singles have line-ups that are determined by rock-paper-scissors tournaments that are held annually. The group was created and currently produced by Yasushi Akimoto, who also writes the lyrics for all of the group's songs.

Newtral is the fifth studio album by Ikimono-gakari, released in Japan on February 29, 2012. It has reached number one on the Oricon Weekly charts, and became the group's fourth consecutive number-one album.
I is the sixth studio album by Ikimono-gakari, released in Japan on July 24, 2013. It reached number one in the Oricon weekly charts for the week ending August 5 of that year making it the group's sixth consecutive number-one album. Consequently, Ikimono-gakari became the first mixed group in over seventeen years to achieve six consecutive number one albums on the Oricon weekly chart.
Barādon (バラー丼) is the first ballad greatest hits album released by Japanese pop rock band Ikimono-gakari. It was released on December 19, 2012 and contains twelve previously released tracks plus a version of the single "Kaze ga Fuiteiru" recorded in the United Kingdom. Having sold 108,000 copies in its first week of sales, it reached number 1 on the Oricon weekly charts for the week ending December 31, 2012 making it the group's fifth consecutive number one album. Consequently, Ikimono-gakari became the first mixed group in over sixteen years to achieve five consecutive number one albums on the Oricon weekly chart.
South Korean boy group BTS have released eight studio albums, four compilation albums and six extended plays. In December 2018, BTS surpassed 10 million albums sold, setting the record for reaching the 10 million milestone in the shortest span of time among all Korean acts to have debuted since 2000, with 5 million of those albums being sold in South Korea in 2018 alone. As of April 2020, BTS have sold over 20 million physical albums in less than 7 years, making them the best-selling Korean act of all time.
Are You Happy? is the fifteenth studio album of the Japanese idol group Arashi. The album was released on October 26, 2016 under their record label J Storm in two editions: a first press/limited edition and a regular edition. The regular edition comes with a 36-page lyrics booklet and the limited edition comes with an 80-page photo lyrics and a bonus DVD with the music video and making-of for "Don't You Get It?". The album sold over 636,000 copies in its first week and topped the Oricon charts. With more than 720,000 copies sold, the album was certified for Triple Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ). It was released digitally on February 7, 2020.

Face Yourself is the third Japanese studio album by South Korean boy band BTS. It was released on April 4, 2018. It contains Japanese versions of songs previously released on their 2016 Wings album and 2017 Love Yourself: Her EP, as well as three brand new, original Japanese-language tracks: "Don't Leave Me", "Let Go", and "Crystal Snow". Its debut at number 43 on the Billboard 200 made it the third-highest-charting Japanese album in the history of the chart.
"Clear" is a song recorded by Japanese singer Maaya Sakamoto. It was released as a single on January 31, 2018, through FlyingDog. It was written by Sakamoto and composed by Yoshiki Mizuno of the band Ikimono-gakari. "Clear" is the opening theme to the NHK anime Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card, the sequel to Cardcaptor Sakura, for which Sakamoto's "Platinum" served as opening theme for the third season close to twenty years prior. An acoustic take of "Platinum" performed on June 4, 2017 at the Itsukushima Shrine in Hiroshima is included as a coupling track on the single.
Shinee The Best From Now On is the first Japanese compilation by South Korean boy group, Shinee. The album released on April 18, 2018, preceded by new single, "From Now On". The album officially marks the first Shinee release to feature Jonghyun after his death on December 18, 2017. The album sold more than 95,916 in Japan, and was certified Gold there. It peaked at #1 on Oricon charts.
Japanese boy band Sexy Zone has released seven studio albums, one compilation album, 16 singles, and 13 concert videos. Sexy Zone has also released 25 music videos.
